This elegant home is located on 1½ acres of ridge land on Sandy Lane Estates with wonderful ocean views. The landscaped gardens include an orchid garden & 3 fountains. Guests have use of the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach facility, where lounge chairs & private parking are provided.

Immaculately maintained, Bohemia is centrally air-conditioned and consists of 5 bedrooms (8 baths). The villa boasts an amazing 42' horizon-style swimming pool, with a semi-circular area w/extra circulating jets. Top quality fittings and furnishings include Versace fabrics, marble floors, original artwork, and entertainment extras such as a pool table, piano, 60" TV (w/DVD & Direct TV), stereo & surround-sound system. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, VCR, safe, mini fridge & hair dryer.

This impressive home is run by an efficient housekeeper and well-trained staff of six. Bohemia is conveniently located 5 minutes by car to Sandy Lane Beach, and 8 minutes to Holetown.

**The Security Deposit is $2,500.00. In Bohemia clients can use the phones at anytime for all overseas calls, because of this the security deposit will not be refunded less than 90 days after return from the island.
