Large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa. Sleeps 8-10 people in comfort. Large 26x13' with a 5' depth heated pool. Large living area. Dining area. Wireless Internet access. Huge 50' plasma cable TV and PS3 in family room. Cable TV in all bedrooms.

4 bedrooms (all with full en-suites). Fully air conditioned. Extended deck area, fully screened to keep the bugs out. Large covered lanai area with summer grill BBQ.

Games room with pool table, air hockey and more.

Located on a large lot, not overlooked to rear, with a view of the 15 acre Resort Lake. Only 10-15 min from major theme parks including Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. The pool has color changing lights for extra effect in the evening, while you play or dine outside with the casual dining area and BBQ.

The Bellavida Resort: In addition to the features in our luxury villa, guests also have free use of the facilities at the Bellavida Resort. The Resort is a gated community of private homes owned by individuals and designed for vacation rentals. Bellavida has its own 6,700 ft² grand clubhouse and over 15 acres of lakes. The clubhouse is paid for by the home-owners for their own use and that of their guests, with a host of features including a large communal pool,

a handy shop, fitness center, video arcade, formal style gardens, tot lot and much more.

Management company: If you have any questions during your stay, you can contact us, or our local management company. We employ a local company in Kissimmee to ensure that all of our guests enjoy the best possible holiday. We use the services of a family run professional company who are on-hand to answer any queries you may have during your stay, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact them, or us.

Lake Berkley Resort - Kissimmee - Our review

Our family recently stayed at Lake Berkley Resort, Kissimmee for nine days in Jan 2013. We had a great week at this four bedroom home with two ensuites for adults and a shared bathroom for the two children who had their own bedrooms that were appropriately themed for a girl and a boy.

The location was ideal; Disney was just 15 minutes away by car and easily accessible via the road system. A 24hr Wal-Mart Superstore is just 5 minutes away on N Vine Street; it has everything you need from groceries to alcohol and everything in between.

Within a few minutes drive you have great outlet shoppng and dining out options.

We had a couple of very minor issues with the house; however a call to the local management company had a repairman on site in short order to resolve the issues to our satisfaction.

The home owner was a great to deal with, promptly replying to our emails and inquiries.

The house itself and the pool were to our satisfaction and we had a comfortable holiday stay in a relaxing enviroment - except for the temperatures, just like home.

I would definitely stay at the Lake Berkley resort again and recommend it to anyome who is looking for a nice stay in a convenient location. In the words of my young niece; her only problem with the house was "We had to leave it", her younger brother was in agreement.
