STAYING HERE perfectly combines the peace and tranquillity of relaxing by the pool in acres of lovely gardens with, just a short walk away, the fine sandy beaches of exciting and chic Puerto Banus with its world famous marina and mega-yachts and the shops, restaurants, clubs, bars and vibrant night life.

THIS APARTMENT is equipped with FREE INTERNET ACCESS + SATELLITE TV. It has marble floors throughout, a large lounge/dining room with leather suite and dining table for 6 that leads onto a spacious south-west facing terrace for eating alfresco and enjoying the sun from morning right through to sunset. BEDROOM 1 has a Queen size bed with. BEDROOM 2 has twin beds which can be apart or pushed together and also has a marble en-suite bathroom.

POOLS AND GARDENS: There is a choice of 2 large shaped swimming pools with shallow ends for children plus their own small pool. Lifeguards are usually on duty. Sun-loungers are provided. The pools are in beautiful well-kept sub-tropical gardens with paths lit by path-lights in the evenings.

PARKING: There is a reserved secure parking space under the apartment building of the apartment plus there is ground level parking. A LIFT also goes from garage level to the apartment floor.

COSTA DEL SOL AREA: 320 days a year of sunshine speaks for itself and means the Costa del Sol is the perfect all year round coast to visit with the certainty of hot summers and mild winters. The area around Puerto Banus has everything you could wish for to make your holiday varied and interesting.

    25% of rent is paid when booking to secure reservation.
    75% of rent is paid 6 weeks before reservation.
    Payments are by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds or Euros.

    For lets of 6 nights or less, 3 nights will be at weekend rate and remainder at midweek rate.

    A damage/breakages deposit of one third of the equivalent of one week’s rent is payable 6 weeks before reservation and is refundable within 7 days of departure (subject to satisfactory check-out).

    Rental includes Internet access, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, bathroom towels, beach towels and normal cleaning after check out.

    Check-in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if apartment is not occupied previous night.
    Check-out time is by 11am or later if apartment is not occupied night following departure.

    Variable seasonal opening of pools may apply.

    Smoking is allowed ONLY on terrace.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for one week in mid-September 2012.

The apartment is ideally situated on a fairly large but spacious complex about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the centre of Puerto Banus. The good sized balcony overlooks one of the large pools and the very well kept gardens and grassed area. It is not overlooked by other apartments. During our stay, the pool was never overcrowded and, as many of the apartments are occupied by permanent residents, it is quite quiet during the week. There is a dedicated car space in the garage under the apartment block and there are several parking slots on the road adjacent to the block. The whole complex is within a security fence with access for cars and pedestrians via a manned barrier.

The actual apartment is as described in the write-up and shown in the photographs. As a relatively new building, it is in immaculate condition and is well furnished and equipped. The lounge/dining room area is a reasonable size as are the bedrooms. The two bathrooms are light and airy and the showers are very efficient, as are the toilets. The A/C was effective, a boon with midnight temperatures of 22/23 degC. During our stay, the only negative was that the excellent TVs only showed a small number of English programs, but who goes on holiday to watch TV.

From our first contact with Martin, the whole rental process was handled very efficently through to a warm and helpful welcome at the apartment by Nicki, the property manager.

We would certainly recomend this apartment.
