MARBLE FLOORS throughout the apartment, large lounge and superbly equipped kitchen add to the comforts of this excellent Elviria apartment in the Los Lagos development which is surrounded by protected cork tree woodlands and only a short distance from the beaches.

ELVIRIA is the unspoiled haven of the Costa del Sol with the very best sandy beaches, a backdrop of stunning mountains and is central for Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola etc. Nearby is the famous Nikki beach and a short drive away is a water park, safari park, zoo, casino, markets and beach clubs for maybe a champagne lunch treat of freshly caught seafood!

For golfers there are 46 courses on the Costa del Sol and the championship Santa Maria Golf Club is near the apartment.

EVERYTHING AND MORE THAN WE WERE EXPECTING!

The 'meet and greet' was second to none even though we were 90 mins late! The apartment had all the facilities we could possibly need and we were especially delighted with the sizeable balcony which had the sun all day.

We will definately be returning and would have no reservations in
recommending the apartment to our family and friends.

BEAUTIFUL & COMFORTABLE APARTMENT IN ELVIRIA

Beautiful & Comfortable Apartment in Elviria

The apartment is beautiful, clean and very spacious with several balconies and a nice view at the sea. Everything we needed was there and even more (tea, coffee, sugar, washing powder..).

There were no problems at all and the service was very nice and helpful, making everything easy. We felt well taken care of.

It's a very calm and quiet area and the beach is reachable by foot but it will take you a while. For sightseeing or going to Marbella a car is needed but there is a garage to leave it so also no problem at all.

We had an awesome stay and would always come back as well as recommend it to anyone!! :)
Great stay for a fair price and perfect service.

A PERFECT FAMILY ESCAPE WITH ALL THE AMENITIES

We've rented many places throughout Europe and this was certainly one of our better rentals and hence better vacation. As a family with younger children, this apt had everything: space, comfort, 2 pools, towels, wifi, in-apt washer, English lang TV. It was modern and impeccably clean and perfectly situated over a quiet golf course near beaches, restaurants, grocery, the airport and Marbella (10 mins by car). We made day trips to Ronda, Granada, & Seville. The customer service was friendly, responsive and precise. We thoroughly enjoyed Costa del Sol and our stay.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY, GREAT LOCATION

We had an eleven day stay here at the beginning of August. The property was very good, exactly as described, well-appointed and equipped, clean and spacious, and peaceful. Easy and professional booking procedure with Martin and good check in by Nikki and Richard. The communal pool facilities were also very good, and the property as whole was in a good location, with very good restaurants and beaches and golf close by, and easy access to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Would have no hesitation in recommending it and we would definitely revisit.

WONDERFUL & RELAXING HOLIDAY

Wonderful & Relaxing Holiday

My family and I stayed at this wonderful villa for 8 nights and it more than met our expectations. The villa is situated on the hill side of Elviria, a quiet, tranquil and scenic location. The beach, shops, golf clubs and resturants are all within a short distance. We particularly enjoyed having sushi at the Japanese restaurant Meca and delicious chicken meal in Pollo.

The villa itself is equipped with all the essentials and more (wifi, flat screen tv with british channels, air con, dishwasher, washing machine,....) It has access to two very clean and well maintained swimming pools, one of which is just outside the apartment and the other larger communal pool a two minute walk away.

We found the booking process easy, the information provided useful and meeting the villa's representatives on the first and last day very helpful and reassuring.

I would certainly recommend this villa to families, couples and friends. Whatever you wish for in a holiday, this would be the place to go.

Not only did we spend a few lazy days relaxing by the pool but we also visited Alhambra, Mijas, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Marbella is only a 15 minute drive away and full of bars and restaurants. Meanwhile, we were impressed by Elviria beach which was clean and well organised.

Finally I would like to thank Martin, Richard and Nikki for making our holiday memorable. We would definitely consider coming back!

The property’s spacious ‘sunshine’ terrace faces south-west with panoramic views over the Santa Maria Golf Course fairways, Elviria, the coast and Mediterranean Sea. Los Lagos is surrounded by cork tree woodlands. Nearby is the famous Nikki beach, there is great shopping at massive La Canada plus there’s a water park, safari park, zoo, casino, markets and private beach clubs for those champagne lunches with freshly caught seafood! A day trip to Ronda, Granada, Seville, Cordoba or Gibraltar is a must!

For golfers there are 46 courses on the Costa del Sol!

320 DAYS SUNSHINE on average every year makes this apartment the perfect choice all year round.

GOLF: The apartment overlooks the Santa Maria golf course which will challenge all levels of handicap - the Club House is near the apartment. The first nine holes were designed by Antonio Garcia. There are a number of water hazards on the course which adds to its difficulty and a favourite hole is the dogleg 8th par 5 which needs a good tee shot to make it! Another favourite for the longest drive is the long par 4 and nearest to the pin is definitely the short 15th with a bird's eye view of the green from the natural terrain.

The Costa del Sol has not been nick-named the Costa del Golf without good reason - it is simply a golfers paradise with 72 golf courses in Andalucia of which 46 are on the Costa del Sol, four of which are ranked in the top 10 in Europe, one of these is the world famous Valderama course. Add to this the fantastic all year round climate and you are most definitely in golfing heaven! This concentration of quality courses with an excellent warm and sunny climate has proven to be a 'must' golfing destination for tens of thousands from all over the world every year .

SKI: Just a couple of hours from the apartment is the magnificent Sierra Nevada ski resort usually open from November to May. There are few places in the world where you can ski in the morning then head to the beach for the afternoon, but the proximity of Sierra Nevada to the Med allows this. Don't be fooled into thinking that the skiing will be second rate either. 20 lifts serve 100 km of piste and snowfall can be amongst the highest in Europe. The pistes lend themselves to the intermediate but there is ample off-piste skiing for the more advanced. For apres ski there are some good restaurants and lively bars. When you've had enough, simply head back to the sandy beaches of Elviria near the apartment!

This luxury apartment is air-conditioned and has marble floors throughout, a large lounge/dining room with suite and dining table for 6, leading out to a spacious terrace for eating alfresco and for sun bathing.
