3 bedroom house located in quiet family resort with spacious gardens and swimming pool.
It has a large kitchen a bathroom with shower and lounge downstairs. It is accessed from the garden outside the terrace of 12 m². The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed, 2 twin) a bathroom with shower, a small sitting room with a sofa bed and a balcony garden. The whole apartment is exterior and bright. Fully air-conditioned lounge, kitchen, living room and master bedroom above.
The apartment is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, oven and microwave. Refrigerator and freezer and dining table in the kitchen. Conveniently located near the beach and the center of Torremolinos but with the tranquility of a private residential which allows a peaceful stay and away from noise but well connected.
We are a party of 7 who have an annual trip to Torremolinos. We decided to try an apartment for the first time last year. This one was chosen for location and the fact it was large enough for all of us.
I was in regular contact with the owner, by email, with my numerous question prior to our trip.
We were met by the owner on arrival, the apartment was immaculate. The facilities inc a freezer, dishwasher, and washer. The luxury of cold drinks and fresh towels! The living room opens onto a small patio with table and chairs, overlooking the gardens. The apartment was ideal for 7 of us, and the fact there are 2 bathrooms helped on return from the beach.
The apartment is approx 10mins walk to both the beach and the town centre, and the local supermarket is approx 5 mins away, on the road to the beach. There is a private pool which you need a pass to use ( passes provided in the cost)
The beach is lovely and we used the same beach bar for our stay. Family run bar, staff couldn't do enough for us. The promenade stretches for miles, but the area of beach where we were was fairly quiet.
Day at beach, few drinks, walk back via the supermarket. Picked up items for tea and back to the apartment. Tea cooked and eaten outside. Dishwasher on, towels in washer, and chilling on the patio with some cold drinks.
When you look at the cost of this compared to self catering in a hotel, it is fantastic value for money.
Absolutely perfect, we should have hired an apartment years ago - we have just rebooked this apartment for July 13.

La description de la location est tout à fait réelle et parfaite pour cinq ou six personnes. Bonne literie, vaisselle, machine à laver, vraiment tout confort.
Seulement à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de tous les commerces et restaurants. La résidence est très calme, la piscine très propre et bien entretenue.
Le jardin est superbe et le jardinier très sympa.
Beaucoup de choses à faire à Torremolinos comme le parc à Crocodiles, aqualand, spectable équestre et soirée flamenco. De longues balades dans les rues de Torremolinos et sur les plages. Le centre ville est à visiter entre autre la Callé San Miguel. Pas trop loin de Grenade, Seville, Cordoue, Ronda Etc... Beaucoup de belles villes à visiter et surtout il fait toujours chaud.
Nous sommes prêts à repartir et à recommander la location à des amis.
This is a very good value for money place ! The rooms are spacious and well organised : in the kitchen there is a good dishwasher, electric stove and washing machine (for clothes) which work perfectly. The fridge and the deepfreezer are huge : lots of space in them ! You can eat outdoors in front of the house in a very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere : the central garden of the community is beautifully trimmed and it is almost as if you can have breakfast in your own garden.
2 normal bedrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms, but all of them have gooooood mattresses !! The swimming pool is awsome : it is the pool of the whole community and we were afraid it would be too crowded, but it was never crowded : 15 swimmers was like the maximum people in it when we swam (sometimes even in mid afternoon!) and sometimes we were almost alone (we stayed 5-19 august) . There is even a supervisor who takes care of the pool and the tourists (great asset if you have children) !
Location is great : not too far away from the beach but far enough to be living in a peaceful part of Torremolinos.
Contacts with the housekeeper Maria Angela Tarifa are very friendly, to the point and give a lot of confidence. Our daughter forgot 2 presents and Maria sent them to our place (thanks again!!).
Great place to visit places nearby with the 'small' train (Malaga-Fuengirola, stop 'La Collina' is a walk of 7 minutes) or the trains from Malaga Central Station (Cordoba, Granada, Marbella, Nerja...). You can also go to Alora (El Camino del Rey) by train now. 100 meter further up the hill there are the busstops. Supermarkets down the hill (5 min) and up the hill (5 min). It is a 5 min walk to the famous 'steps' of Torremolinos full of stalls and little shops (Calle San Miguel) : excellent for the women and children ! Down the hill towards the beach is a very good Italian restaurant (El Panaro) with again great value for money.
We enjoyed the freedom of staying in 'our own place' (not a hotel) and having everything close at hand. We'll be back !
Apartment was same as description, homey and everything was all right as promised. Location is good, fairly short distance to la colina and Torremolinos center. There is friendly neighbours, we liked to live among spanish people. We get exellent service from a owner Maria. We recommend this apartment if you dont want to live in those tourist places.
Het is natuurlijk altijd spannend om een huis te boeken via het internet,maar we hebben een geweldig appartement gevonden.
Alles was prima in orde het appt was schoon de bedden waren goed en schoon de airco was prima en nodig voor ons Hollanders,de keuken was geweldig en ruim met een prima wasmachine grote koelkast en aparte grote vriezer kookplaat(niet veel gebruikt) en heel erg fijn een vaatwasmachine.De pannen en het serviesgoed was voldoende en schoon we konden alles zo gebruiken.
Heel veel kastruimte zo veel dat we drie broeken hebben laten liggen,twee badkamers met prima douches en een fijn zwembad.
De beschrijving van het appt klopt dus als een bus.
De eigenaresse van het appt was heel behulpzaam we konden haar bellen als er iets was.Wat ik ook een pluspunt vind van dit appt is dat er betaald moet worden bij aankomst.De weg naar het strand is licht dalend dus de weg naar het appt is licht hellend maar dat vonden wij geen probleem kan je een extra kannetje sangria nemen zonder dat je kilo's aankomt.
Ik zou dit appt zeker aanbevelen aan familie en vrienden,we komen hier zeker terug.

One of the best areas of Torremolinos, a short distance from the beach and the town center and at the same time a family residential area. In the area you can find supermarkets, shops and restaurants and schools and church. Bus stop a few meters and 1 kilometer is the commuter train stop Malaga-Fuengirola. In the area you can find sports courts for hire, play area for young children and two train stops have a hospital. It is a very quiet and safe and well communicated area.
Golf: The nearest Golf is the Parador de Malaga Golf located 6 kilometers.
In an environment of 20 km there are other golf courses as Torrequebrada, Lauro Golf, Alhaurin Golf.
Ski: The nearest ski station is the Sierra Nevada in Granada, 130 km by road. Access to the highway a mile from the apartment. This is the ski resort located further south in Europe.
Equipped with all facilities for skiing, ski lifts, chair lift, equipment rentals, hotels and restaurants and several tracks that include all categories.
