We offer you the best located self-catering apartment in the heart of Marrakech, situated in a new building but in a quiet street in the district of Gueliz. Both, the New Town and Medina are within walking distance and that's exceptional ! The flat is very nicely decorated with an oriental touch. It is a new luxury residence with elevator, intercom and guard. It's completely furnished and equipped with linen, bathroom linen, dishes and kitchenware. Each room is equipped with air-conditioner/ heating (aircon LG, type art cool = top product). There is a great private terrace well equipped with garden furniture and wall fountain. You have a fine private view over Marrakech and the mountains. The equipment also includes a satellite plasma TV with DVD-CD player. Internet access with ADSL and WIFI. A closed garage in the basement of the residence. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the nearness from the residence (paying access). Feel yourself comfortable in this apartment, like at home

The apartment is located in an elegant residential area 'Guéliz' close the most popular avenue 'Mohammed V' but the environment is still very calm and quiet. Both, the New Town and Medina are within walking distance (exceptional !). All coffee-shops and restaurants, banks, markets, tourist office, night clubs, luxury stores, cinema, supermarket, post, park, etc... in the New Town are within walking distance and Marrakech's Medina can even be attempted by foot. Only 10 minutes for the famous Djemaa El Fna Square or Bab Doukkala. Guéliz is the European quarter of Marrakech and the heart of the city.
