Sleeps 4/5.The penthouse is situated in the VIP area of Ibiza town: the prestigious Marina Botafoch at only 5 minutes walking from the Pacha, the Casino,Talamanca beach and fashionable restaurants; the old town in the centre of Ibiza (by the harbour) is also easily reacheable in 15 minutes by foot and only 2 minutes by taxi or ferry.

The apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms (one of them en-suite), 2 bathrooms (one with hydro massage bathtub and the other with shower) a large living/dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen. At disposal of the apartment a private terrace fully equipped with table and chairs where it's possible to enjoy your meals 'al fresco' and relax, and a solarium on the upper terrace with sun loungers. Both of them have partial view on the sea and the old town. Free Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, plasma TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools.

For the 5th person an extra bed can be added in the living room

Rental period can start and finish any day (according to the availability).

Minimum Stay: Only 3 nights.

However, from May to the end of September,

a longer stay (4 or 5 nights) may be required

The Apartment is situated in the VIP area of Ibiza town: the prestigious Marina Botafoch. Pacha Club, Ibiza Grand Hotel and Casino, Talamanca Beach and luxury shops and restaurant are in this area and all at walkable distance from the apartment. And it’s less than 15 minute stroll (or 2 minutes by ferry or taxi) into the heart of historic Ibiza Town and Dalt Vila . Probably we could define this area as Ibiza’s Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas and Es Cavallet are at only 10 minutes far by car. The name of the building is 'Bahia de Ibiza' and it has 2 entrances: one on Paseo Juan Carlos 1 (Paseo Maritimo) and the other on Avenida 8 de Agosto 38, Ibiza.

Superb apartment in a great location, 3 minutes from Talamanca Beach, 5 minutes from the Marina with some great restaurants, 5 minutes walk from Pacha, 15/20 mins stroll to Ibiza town. 2 supermarkets and taxies around the corner. We hired a car but only used it a couple of times as everything is on your doorstep. The apartment, with a nice old town view from the terrace, was well decorated, clean and roomy.

Beautiful apartment in the best area of Ibiza!

We stayed at this apartment after time in both Madrid and Barcelona. It was a fabulous heaven and we loved every day we were there (5 days). The staff were very friendly; the accommodation was great - roomy, clean, had everything you needed and they even had a bottle of spanish champagne (cava) for our arrival. The flat is very well equipped with new furnitures and is very cosy. Beds were comfortable and wifi worked very well. It is only a short walk to Pacha, restaurants, for groceries or to admire the water and enjoy the beach. Just up the road was a fabulous restaurant where we would have dinner.
We would go back in a second!

Nice penthouse located in a charming area with a great choice of restaurants; The apartment was stylish and charming and all the details (furniture etc...) were perfect. Moreover it's very central: really near the Pacha and the Ibiza Casino, at about 2 min driving from Eivissa. The resort has 2 swimming pools. The beach is at 5 min walking. Nice spot. Enjoy."
