Located on top of the astonishing Serra dos Mangues on the outskirts of Sao Martinho do Porto bay part of the Silver Coast region. Nearby you can go to the beaches of Salgado located just 1 km away or to the beaches of São Martinho do Porto and Nazare located 5 and 10 km way respectively. You can´t miss trying the regional delicacies, especially the fresh fish in São Martinho do Porto and Nazaré. Moreover you can visit some of the Portuguese most astonishing natural wonders such as the gigantic sand dunes of Salir do Porto, the lake of Lagoa de Óbidos,the natural park of Serras de Aire e Candeeiros or even the caves carved by water near Fatima. You can also visit historical towns like Caldas da Rainha, Óbidos, Alcobaça, Leiria or even Batalha and get to know their ancient monuments, monasteries, castles and typical markets. Golf: Praia D'El Rey is one of Portugal's most beautiful golf courses and is surrounded by extensive pine forests and gorgeous sandy dunes, having an astonishing view over the Atlantic and the Berlenga Islands. The golf course was designed by the renowned American golf architect, Cabell B.Robinson. Deep bunkers, sloping greens and sandy dunes contrast sharply with the lush fairways making it the complete golfing challenge. The actual Golf course is a mixture of seaside links and parkland holes with a par of 73, offering the golfer a unique experience during their round.
