Over a strip of land between Portofino, the Cinque Terre, Porto Venere and Lerici, Deiva Marina hosts the “In Piazzetta” Apartments: a fully renovated Ligurian style two-storey building only 50 metres away from the beach, a wide sandy shore with organised sea-side establishments and a free beach. Family-running ensures an ideal atmosphere for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Comfort is guaranteed by refined details, from decoration to the use of all spaces.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. It is made up of a kitchen, a living room with sofa, a bathroom and two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed plus a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, four gas-rings and a dish-washer. The apartment is also supplied with the following features: armoured door, 2 terraces, a 25' television in the kitchen with teletext and satellite receiver, 14' satellite TV in the bedrooms, Sky TV, safe, hair-drier, air-conditioning, heating, telephone, ironing board, iron, internet socket, WI-FI coverage.

Bouganville is the top floor apartment in this house. We stayed in this appartment last year and found it in a great position within Deiva Marina.

The appartment is clean, comfortable, with good facilities. The kitchen is perfectly adequate, with full size oven, 4 ring gas hob, dishwasher etc. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Nice decor. Good sized rooms.

Close to the beach and resturants with a couple of mini markets no more than 30 paces from the door. Supermarket, pharmacy, beach & main shopping area is no more than a 1-2 minute walk away.

Next to Residence Kriss Apparthotel which is clean, smart and you can get a good espresso or beer.

We liked the appartment that much, were going back this year and staying in Ginestra, which is the ground floor appartment.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children
