Great Location, Apartment too Pricey for Two

Superb location, within walking distance of lovely Talamanca Beach with restaurants and bars, chic Marina Botafoch (expensive nightspots, huge motoryachts and the 2.60 euro (single fare) taxi ferry to Ibiza Town) and large Eroski supermarket for provisions. Apartment itself – although very spacious - felt less than luxury with no welcome pack, not one matching drinks glass, no tea towel and a bit of wear and tear and general scruffiness. The owners have however been notified and pledge to rectify this. Also, beware, the whilst the apartment does have a marina view, it’s out to the right, straight ahead is an adjacent apartment block. If you are a group of four or five people, this apartment is good value considering its location. If you are a couple, you might find it overpriced.
Owner's Response: In regard to the above review, we would like to precise that: 1) The apartment that the guest has rewieved is a 2 bedroom apartment that usually can accommodate 4 or even 5 people: so it doesn't make sense to state that it's "too pricey for two or for a couple" because 2 people or a couple usually book a 1 bedroom apartment, while the 2 bedroom apartment is usually booked by 4 people. But booking a 2 bedroom apartment was a guest choice even if they were only 2 people. She might have booked a 1 bedroom apartment if she wanted pay less. By the way she also got a discount because, only few hours before her arrival she stated that her friend was not going anymore to Ibiza, so she was supposed to be alone, but when she arrived she asked the maid, linens and towels for a second person... 2) The apartment is considered luxury for the materials (for instance the precious marble) ,the beautiful decor and furniture, the facilities, amenities (for instance air conditioning, wifi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, nespresso coffe machine, stereo hi-fi, pools, and also for it's superb location. In regard to the welcome pack we never mentioned it in our descriptions even if we offer, on arrival, a complimentary bottled of water, 1 bottle of spanish champagne (cava) or a fruit basket and nespresso coffe capsules for each guest for the first day. 3) Moreover we took note of all her suggestions and we'd like to precise that the bit of "wear and tear and general scrufiness" she talks about are the normal little scratches that you may find on some part of the walls, in any apartments that it's rented all the season, because of the luggage. 4) In the description on holidayrentals it's written that from the terrace you have a partial view of the marina and old town and this is very common in Ibiza even on Paseo Maritimo (the first line on the marina), where buildings are situated one next to the other.
