This new luxury apartment is ideal for those who wish to enjoy peace and quiet, whilst enjoying the most fabulous views over the coast. Situated on the outskirts to the south of Costa Calma at the start of the glorious 32km long beach stretching down to Jandia, yet within easy reach of the many local tourist attractions. For those who enjoy golf there is an 18 hole course nearby in Jandia. The apartment complex has its own private pool, sun terraces, and is situated with easy access to the beach. There are lifts to all floors.

There are many attractions in Costa Calma, including windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing, walking, camel rides. There are numerous restaurants, beach bars, banks as well as shops/supermarkets. Also in nearby Jandia there is boat rides from the harbour area. Resturants, shops/supermarkets, night clubs. On top of the sport attractions that are also included at Costa Calma there is golf, and jet skis.

Property was very good. Views were excellent. Very clean and well maintained. Could do with some english channels on the TV.
Unable to buy DVD's anywhere, would recommend people to take their own.Extra pillows and blanket would be a good idea
Also a portable heater as it can get chilly sometimes. I would definatley recommend this property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

We spent two weeks in this location and we had a very good time! A perfect option for sporty poeple looking for a quiet place! The appartement is very nice an new with a beatifull sea-sight. The equippement is good, you find everything you need. A car is reccomended since the playa paraiso complex is located outside of Costa Calma.
We really recommend this appartment!

Great location and apartment

Spent 10 great days at this apartment. Situated on a hillside with fabulous views, and a few minutes down to the long, wide beaches of playa sotavento and playa barca. Costa Calma town is about 15 minutes away. A car is recommended but is not essential. However, not all taxi drivers are familiar with the location of Playa Paraiso apartments yet so it helps if one knows the area. The apartment is finished to a high standard and well appointed and really does offer peace and tranquility. The description provided is accurate and I received very prompt and helpful service from the owner when booking.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Very nice, and very calm indeed

I've stayed 10 days in Jan/Feb 2010 in this nice place. The appartment is located in a relatively big appartment house, which appears to be quite new, and few appartments are occupied yet. The site is about 4km from the town center of Costa Calma, more than 2km outside its boundaries. This makes it a very nice and very calm place -- in contrast to the relatively busy Costa Calma itself (by Fuerteventura standards).

I managed to get along without a car, although this poses some (minor) challanges: buses stop in the center of Costa Calma, and the Taxi drivers are often reluctant to go to the somewhat remote place of the compound (the last few hundred meters from the main FV-2 are on a dirt road). The walk from the town center takes about 45min. Renting a mountain bike did help a lot later -- there are local rental services with home delivery.

The interiour of the appartment is very clean and nice. The main windows and balcony are directly overlooking the sea, with the surfing school and the northern end of the lagoon close by (thus you can watch the tidal waves coming in or out while sitting on your couch -- which is particularly convenient on sunny but occasionally windy winter days).

Abseits vom Massentourismus, total ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer, Costa Calma und Lagune. Sehr sauberes, modernes Apparte-
ment. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Auto erforderlich. Zufahrt zum Haus unbe-
festigt (ca. 400m), aber kein Hindernis für jeden PKW. Alles so angetroffen wie im Inserat beschrieben. Englische Grundsprachkenntnisse vorteilhaft.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
