Very close to the new Congress Palace, to the Cathedral, Arab Baths, Theatres, Museums, Art galleries and close to the most exclusive Palma designer shops. Perfect relaxation

This was our second stay at the apartment and again everything was perfect. We travel quite often and this has to be one of the best equipped apartments that we have stayed at. The location is excellent with lots of great cafes, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. No car is necessary and you can take a lovely stroll along the Cathedral with a nice view of the Med. Angela and Santi were great hosts and even helped us out by getting us some food necessities as we arrived on a Sunday.

Perfectly located apartment for two

The apartment is perfectly located within the Old Town walls, 5 mins walk to the beach. It's easy to walk to the cathedral (recommended) and all of the streets are old and interesting and very beautiful.

When we arrived we discovered from the owner that the tap water is not suitable to drink so we had to walk for approx 10 mins to reach the supermarket to get some bottles - it would have been great if there had been a bottle in the fridge ready for us, especially as it was incredibly hot when we arrived!

The apartment was very comfortable for two people, the air conditioning was very much appreciated, the furniture was comfy, the shower was amazing, and the kitchen was very well equipped (though we discovered we are not fans of Spanish tea-bags!).

This was a great base for exploring the city from and really allowed us to just relax and enjoy our week in the sun. Because the apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are pretty steep this might not be best suited to couples with very young children and buggies to deal with.

A beautiful Apartment

This little apartment is excellent. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is excellent, on a lovely street in the heart of the old town. We sat out on the balcony overlooking the street most nights. With the kitchen being fully equipped, we ate in almost every night, saving a lot of money, something we wouldn't have been able to do in a hotel. Walk through a small park and cross the road and you're at the beach. Fantastic. On arrival, Angela was extremely helpful and had supplied us with bread, milk, butter, jam, tea, coffee, and a bottle of wine. Amazing. We used the iPod docking station a lot and the wireless internet came in very handy with keeping in touch with emails etc. The town itself is beautiful and is bursting with character with the most incredible restaurants. We went to a restaurant that Angela recommended and it was great.

A fantastic place. Angela was excellent with communication over email and very trustworthy. I would definately recommend this apartment to couples and perhaps small families. Thanks a million Angela

couldn't possibly be better

The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet area of the historic town. All points of interest within the city center can be easily reached within a few minutes walking. The bus stop for the Airport route is conveniently located less then 5 min away, same as stop for the City Tour Bus. Transport to the Airport takes ca. 15 min. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you would need for an easy self-sustaining stay.

But the best feature of all are it's lovely owners Angela & Santi who just couldn't be more helpful and would go any extra mile to make your stay as perfect as possible!

Angela und Santi haben uns freundlich empfangen und gaben uns sogleich erste Informationen zu Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Etliche Bücher, Karten und Prospekte zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Restaurants stehen zur Verfügung.

Weil wir Sonntags anreisten, haben sie uns sogar einige Lebensmittel wie Milch, Toast, Butter, Käse, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein bereitgestellt - wirklich sehr gastfreundlich von den Beiden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, nah vom Strand, Bushaltestellen und dem Herzen der Altstadt. Nachts war es ruhig, da keine Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe sind.

Die Bilder und Beschreibungen der modernen Wohnung sind unverfälscht, genauso schön und sauber haben wir die Zimmer angetroffen. Die technische Ausstattung mit Unterhaltungselektronik, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Wifi hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen, wir konnten eine tolle Woche in Palma verbringen - so wie man es sich wünscht.

The apartment is ideally located next to the C'an Pere Antoni Beach and to the taxi and bus stops (only one street away) they connect directly with the Airport and Puerto de Palma line, because of this you do not need a vehicle.

The bus lines closest to the apartment are; Porta d'es Camp bus stop (50 metres walking). Line 1; airport- city- port. Line 15; Palma beach- Reina square Line 19; university. Line 23; palma- Arenal- Blava Cove- Line 30; Sant Joan de Deu Line 31; Palma- S'Aranjassa Sant Jordi Line 41; night bus (from 23:45 until 7:00 am)

Tourist bus; 'Porta des Camp' stop (right next to the apartment) 16 stops: Historic Centre route of the city and the surroundings (the best places of interest). The bus comes about every 20 minutes. Multilingual: 8 languages. Length of the trip: 1 hour 20 minutes.

Other Activities: Pin Pon, Maratones, you can go for a walk in Mar Park (right next to the apartment) A 10 minute walk, to the best Palma urban Spa

Golf: Mallorca is a paradise for golfers. Each year, the offer of the island brings thousands of golf tourists to the Majorcan 'greens', and the residents of the Island take advantage of the favourable Mediterranean climate to practice their favourite sport all year round.

The Majorcan golf courses are characterized by their diverse landscapes that allow the players to spend a day on the course in the middle of the mountain, and the following day next to the sea. Also logically you will find different degrees of difficulty on the courses.

Golf Park Puntiró, Golf Son Gual, Golf Maioris, Son Quint Golf.

In the south east of Mallorca you will find the Poniente Golf, Andratx Golf and the Santa Ponsa courses I, II, and III. Son Vida Golf and Son Muntaner are located close to Palma, as well as the Bendinat course. In a mountainous area at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana is Son Termens Golf, while the Son Antem East and West courses extend through the plains in the southern part of the island. In the northern area, the players will find the Pollença course and the Alcanada Golf Club. Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf and Pula Golf are situated on the coast of Llevante.

Ski: If your destination is Palma de Mallorca there are various excursions that you can take through the island. The Majorcan landscape is unique with cliffs, coves, unspoilt beaches and mountains with incredible views. Walks through the history of Mallorca are only some of the things that you will find during your excursion through different places from the north to the south and from the east to the west. Apart from the landscapes there are very interesting sites to visit like the Can Gordiola Glass Museum, where you can see as the artisans work with glass or visit Sóller using the historic train enjoying the views during the ride.

There are only 3 neighbours in the building which makes this place very peaceful and there is no traffic in the immediate area. It is next to the Parc de La Mar and its precious gardens.
