12 km from the sea, 7-9 beds, fresh, newly furnished

The house covers about 100 square meters, the original terracotta floors are old, the vaulted ceilings, the walls are softened with masks produced by the sister-in-One large living room is at the center of the house, with walnut table, sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and radio old, wooden-renovated double room with tables in walnut, second bedroom with bunk beds made ??of wood, single bed and a dresser also in walnut-shirt 'grandmother' exposed-large kitchen with wood stove (not to be afraid, it works only in winter), spacious entrance hall with wardrobe and mirror, a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower-private parking-on the upper floor, an old lodge, a characteristic of our countries, from which have a wonderful view over the valley, furnished with table, chairs and couch being fully open, is always a poorly ventilated area, ideal for hot sultry days (possibly in the company of a 'mug' of white wine right)

sorry for my bad english--we are in the ligurian hinterland very typical,where the cultivation of olivaies is still worked--we are 12 km far the sea, in the country, in the green peace--An ideal place for familys, for a total relax betwheen olivaies trees--Wonderful talks and rides in the near great wood where, after some minutes, you meet very nice little lakes, in the green nature--The pool-oasi relax, with english grass-umbrellas, little bed,tables and chairs-and the new barbecue of stone, will spend to you a nice holiday--All the walls have been built using old local stones-- Montecarlo km 60, Genova 120--All the beachs, of sable or stone, are in Imperia or San Lorenzo--To pay attention , please : for our climate very good, you can have baths in the sea all the year!!--From San Lorenzo to Sanremo, 23 km, there is the new road only for bikes(on can rent them)along the sea, with nice beachs--At 10 minutes from the house, you must go to old Acquasanta's abby, where the time it's stopp--Sanremo is far km 30, Montecarlo km 60

Großzügige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit separatem Zugang; Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank. Separate Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen; Wohnzimmer ebenfalls groß; von allen Zimmern schöner Blick ins Tal, auf das Dorf und bei gutem Wetter bis zum Meer; Eingangsbereich üppig; Bad ausreichend, Dusche nicht sehr geräumig, etwas eng; Waschmaschine tadellos; Gemeinschaftspool auf angrenzendem Grundstück (einmal über die Zufahrt), leider ab 17 h keine Sonne, mit Grillmöglichkeit, zum Abkühlen gut geeignet; wunderschöne Loggia im DG (Teilung mit anderer Familie, die die Loggia für die Wäsche nutzte); bei Hitze luftiger Aufenthaltsort, leider keine private Sonnenterrasse (nur Pool); Eigentümer kümmerte sich vor Ort und war erreichbar; Dolcedo als nächster Ort für Lebensmittel und Restaurants (Essen dort sehr gut und bezahlbar); Auto wirklich notwendig, Stellplatz vor dem Haus, Mückenschutz unbedingt erforderlich; alles in allem romantisch, rustikal, authentisch und unkompliziert
