apartment recently renovated and equipped. has 2 bedrooms with double beds and can sleep a child still in the room. The kitchen is equipped with dishwashers and clothes and even a microwave, fridge and freezer. It is possible to have breakfast at a small table overlooking the park Monsanto. The bathroom although small, has a bath. The room is very cozy and has a TV.

Residential area with small neighborhood stores. Very close to the city center as also the access to the highway and bridge. A few meters away is the commercial center Amoreiras, beyond that of a vast trade also owns several supermarket and cinemas. This apartment is right in front of the aqueduct waters of free and therefore has views of Monsanto. There are public transport very near the door.
