Homely Romantic Flat with beautiful lake view

The apartment is located in an ideal geographic context, very quiet, as you can see from the photos raised above the Bay of Bellano then the view is beautiful, it also has nice furnitures. Parking is common in the area. The resort is near Varenna, Menaggio, Bellagio, Cernobbio, Como, Lugano and mountain resorts as Valsassina, Valtellina and Saint Moritz in about 1 hour. The atmosphere is that of 'old Italy' with the charming local paths remained as long ago as described in Italian literature's books (like Alessandro Manzoni) .... The Orrido water fall is a special tourist attraction in Bellano certainly to be visited. With car: Varenna 3 km, Colico 10 km. By boat: Bellagio 15 minutes, Menaggio15 minutes, Cernobbio 40 minutes (the car ferry leaves from Varenna) . Lugano / St Moritz: can be reachable with Ferry (Car Ferry) until Menaggio or Como, then by car or Bus about 20/40minuti.

The ski slopes and cross country skiing are about 30 minutes by car or train.

BELLANO'S BEACH ON THE LAKE : At about 1 km away from the apartment there is the beautiful 'Lido di Bellano' which is a beach with sand, swimming pool for adults, beach umbrellas, children's pool, restaurant / pizzeria, a bar together with all necessary services.

SAILING SCHOOL: At a distance of about 1 km from the apartment, there is a sailing school renowned for experts or for those who want to learn, very well equipped for children.

Apartment with exposed wood beams in an environment of 10 housing units, where each apartment respects your privacy. It is composed by a living room / kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and electric oven, electric water kettle, electric cofeepot (italian style), and to brighten your holiday there is a mini bar with excellent wines to be charged on departure. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bunk bed (2 beds) + a very large sofa (in the dining room) which can be used as a bed. The bathroom has a sink, bidet, shower, washing machine. Although the area is 50 m², the apartment is equipped with all modern comforts.

Notes: The private parking is only for LOADING and UNLOADING, then the car must be parked in the nearby common parking. To reach the town center by foot it takes about 10-15 minutes, the walk is beautiful and panoramic. The way back is great for those who like walking. From the village center to go up you can take the bus but be careful because the last bus is around 18:00pm

Relaxing getaway with breathtaking views!!

My long weekend in this beautiful apartment was nothing short of fantastic! A short ferry trip away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio and Menaggio, this spot in Bellano was perfect for a more relaxing stay on Lake Como as it did not have such a "touristy" feel.
The apartment had everything we needed: it was a short distance from transport, shops and restaurants, it was quiet and peaceful, had incredible views, was modern and very clean. The owners were lovely and easy to deal with, and you could see they put a lot of work into making it comfortable for visitors.
A beautiful weekend getaway!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
