Two bed apartment situated on the first floor, which sleeps 6. Excellent apartment for a family or friends, at an affordable price. Ideal for a city break or corporate booking, without having to pay city prices. Situated in a quiet location, but within easy reach of local amenities.Overground station is 5 mins walk. 10 min train journey to Stratford train station and the Olympic site, and a 20 min train journey to Liverpool Street. Travel time from the apartment to St Pancras International, and the Eurostar to Europe is approximately 40 min. Public transport is accessible and flexible with a night bus from Trafalgar Square to within a 5 min walk of the apartment. Easy access to museums, theatres, The London Eye, The London Aquarium, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, The Tower of London, London Zoo and many more London attractions. A free parking space is attached to the apartment.

Olympics: The apartment is approximately a 10 min train journey from Stratford train station, and accessible to all the Olympic venues.

London Attractions: Liverpool Street Train Station is a 20 min train journey, which will give you access to all major train lines. Stratford Train station is 10 min away with access to the Docklands Light Railway, which provides easy access to the Tower of London, Greenwich Park and the Maritime Museum, The Cutty Sark and river boat sightseeing cruise to Westminster and other major London attractions. Very good value for money. really like the property. Very close to train station and easy accesses to London over ground.
flat appeared as shown in pictures except second bed room which did not have two separate single beds but one bunk bed. (this was mentioned in description, no fault from land lord)
Kitchen is tidy but few items missing - can opener and needs new toaster but manageable.
Very good and prompt response from landlord. very friendly and approachable. Available on phone all time. Warm welcome and liked the welcome greetings. Good thinking from landlord providing bread and milk.
Strongly recommend this property, good value for money.

First we had a nice reception from Karen who gaves us al the instruction and had prepared some food for us who has arrived from France.
The apartment is very convenient close from train station and 25 minutes far from Liverpool street.

Everything was great, thanks a lot!

Appartement très agréable, propre, fonctionnel et tout à fait conforme aux photos.
Robert et sa femme sont très accueillants. Ils nous avaient préparé quelques victuailles (lait, jus de fruits, fruits frais, pain, céréales et vin) pour notre arrivée, c'était bien agréable!
Pour cuisiner, tout y est! Mesdames pensez simplement à un sèche cheveux (surtout l'hiver). Des adapteurs sont dispoinibles.

L'appartement -situé dans un quartier calme et sécure- se trouve tout près d'une gare qui nous permet de relier le centre de Londres en moins de 30minutes. Vous pouvez utiliser une carte oyster ou traveller card 6zones. Pour les enfants qui ne paient pas le métro, contentez vous d'un trajet vers Stratford à moins de 3€ puis prenez tous le métro!
Vous trouverez à disposition de la documentation et des bons de réductions sur les activités touristiques.

Nous n'avons qu'une hate : revenir!
Nous vous conseillons donc cet appartement que vous soyez jeunes ou plus âgés, avec ou sans enfants.

Terrific Hosts!!

We had a lovely stay at this apt, just outside of London! The hosts were very friendly and inviting! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed- excellent service! We had plenty of space for our family and we all had privacy. We were less than a block from the train station and It took only about half an hour to get to the main stops in central London- very convenient, especially for the super price! Thank you, Derek and Robert, for a wonderful experience in London!! God bless your families!
