There are two bedrooms opening to the pool terrace and a third one with mini-refrigerator and its own terrace on the lower level. Each bedroom has a marble bathroom ensuite and abundant closets. A powder room is adjacent to one of the upstairs bedrooms. The villa contains a striking art collection and a mural in the dining room. The air-conditioned exercise room with beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows has treadmill, weights, mini-refrigerator, tv and dvd. The well-furnished terrace is ideal for entertaining. An awning can be extended over part of the terrace for afternoon shade. Parking is ample and easy. In the evening there is lighting that illuminates the ocean below.
