Villa in a residential area on the sea with entrance large garden with BBQ and fruit trees, terraces, veranda for outdoor dining. Inside spread over 3 levels so 'follows:

Ground floor, living room with veranda kitchen and bathroom.

First floor, 2 double bedrooms large balcony and bathroom.

Second floor, large bedroom with 4 single beds balcony and bathroom.

Each floor has a bathroom and then a balcony overlooking the private garden and sea view.

It 'a parking space in a private area closed with a gate and a few meters away is free and equipped beach.

The ideal place to spend a holiday in complete relaxation with their children a few kilometers from Rome.

Structure recommended for families with children, the square footage and layout of the rooms is also ideal for two / three families.

The villa is located in a residential area and enjoys excellent exposure, Set in a cultural history of the ancient city of Ardea, which stands on a limestone rock, where you can visit the museum and the gardens of Manzù Landriana

Just 6km is the famous Zoomarine water park.

Rome city 30km away by bus which stops in front of the villa.

In the area you can arrange diving to admire the nature reserve 'Tor Paterno' just 3 miles from the coast.

10km is the 'nature reserve in Castel Porziano' an area adjacent to the sea typical for its natural dunes that distinguish the Mediterranean basin is protected and pristine but you can enjoy the beach and above the crystal clear water of the sea that borders .
