La Papaye (SIB AYE) is a truly elegant house in the Domaine de Levant. Lovely gardens in the front of the villa lead to an elegant interior which has been recently redecorated with wooden flooring, pale wood furniture and off-white colors. The living and dining areas open onto the terrace with the semi-circular pool and the view over the bay of Petit Cul de Sac. This warm and peaceful villa offers comfort and privacy. The gourmet kitchen is located to the right of the living room.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located to the left of living room with a huge bathroom consisting of double vanity and shower. The two other bedrooms are located on the other side of the main villa and open also onto the view. The fourth bedroom is located in an independent cottage at the entrance of the villa.

There are breathtaking views from the pool area over the bay with great sunset views. Around the pool are several sitting areas to relax. The shared Domaine du Levant tennis courts are walking distance and located right by the beach.
