In summer, the day’s first highlight is a terrace breakfast with luxurious mountain views. From here you can step into the magical grounds with ancient trees and a big swimming pool, the romantic Lake Schwarzsee nearby. In winter, guests love to sit by the fireside in one of the three lounges. There is nothing more romantic than enjoying a nice glass of wine while indulging in the crackling of the fire.
After skiing Kitzbühel’s slopes, our small, intimate wellness area with sauna & steam bath adds the perfect finishing touch. Whatever the season, evenings are about the outstanding hospitality of the landlady and her team.

Kitzbühel is the golf centre of the Alps with 4 fantastic courses in the town and 30 more within a 100 minute drive at most. You can use the Golf Alpin Card, with 3 or 5 green fees, at over 31 'Golf Alpin Clubs' in Tirol and Salzburg.
