Villa Solaris is a simple yet picturesque 4-bedroom, 5-bath villa located high above Chocolate Hole, just a few minutes from Cruz Bay. This ideal location not only provides stunning sunset views of St. John's south shore, but also captures the breezy tradewinds which keep the house cool & comfortable. Nestled among flowering gardens, Solaris is built in 4 sections around a large, Mexican-tiled central courtyard. This courtyard opens to a central Great Room, with the living/dining area decorated in rattan with bright island prints, and a fully-equipped kitchen featuring mahogany cabinets & cinnabar-tiled countertops. Screened glass sliders open onto an oceanview covered deck.
At opposite ends of Solaris's courtyard are 2 bedroom bungalows, each with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom & small covered terrace overlooking the sparkling waters of Pillsbury Sound (the Master bedroom, with its own sitting area, also overlooks the pool & gazebo). Solaris's 3rd Queen bedroom is perched above the courtyard in a separate cottage (near the parking area), and features glass sliders that take full advantage of the dazzling view across the courtyard and far out to sea. The 4th bedroom, accessed via stairs off the courtyard, is on the lower level directly below Bedroom#2 - with 2 twins that can be pushed together to form a King, this room provides an ideal setup for teens or single adults.
Perfect for family & friends, this casual Mediterranean-inspired villa offers a 60' infinity pool (complete with pool floats), as well as a spacious, covered poolside gazebo. Solaris is an easy 3-minute drive to the soft, sandy beach at Great Cruz Bay (Westin Resort), and is 10 minutes by car to charming Cruz Bay town, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, watersports & interisland ferries. St John's world-renowned north shore National Park beaches are 15-20 minutes from the villa.
