Villa Plumeria is a delightful villa located high atop St John's Gifft Hill with wonderful sunset views over Pillsbury Sound to St. Thomas. Plumeria is comprised of 2 sections: a main living area & an adjacent poolside guest pavilion, with numerous decks, patios & gardens accenting the property.
Plumeria's main section features a 24' X 24' Great Room with comfortable sofas & armchairs decorated in floral fabrics, as well as cool Mexican tile floors, cathedral ceiling, entertainment center, & complete bath. The Great Room includes an attractive indoor dining area with a glass-and-wrought-iron table & elegant slipcovered chairs seating 6. Overlooking the room is a King-bedded loft accessed by a spiral staircase. A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, and separate washer/dryer area, complete the villa's main section.
Large arched doors open from the Great Room onto Plumeria's freshwater pool, deck & gazebo, where casual outdoor dining may be enjoyed. A few steps away is a long, covered verandah with comfortable seating, providing beautiful views day or night. Adjacent to the pool in a separate pavilion are Plumeria's 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with Queen bed & ensuite bath, and offering complete privacy.
Plumeria is an approximate 10-minute drive to charming Cruz Bay town, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, watersports & interisland ferries. The sandy beach at the Westin Resort (Great Cruz Bay) is less than 15 minutes by car, and the world-renowned north shore National Park beaches are a 20-25-minute drive from Plumeria.
