Villa Panache is a casually elegant 5-bedroom villa in Estate Rendezvous, a private enclave of luxury homes on the island of St. John. Nestled high above Rendezvous Bay in the tropical hillside, this fully-air-conditioned villa enjoys a spectacular 180-degree view of the Caribbean, the bays of St. John's South Shore, & the island of St. Croix shimmering on the distant horizon. Sunsets from the villa are spectacular. An example of tropical architecture at its best, Villa Panache is a blend of creamy pink stucco walls, terracotta roof tiles & Mexican tile floors, and is surrounded by colorful ever-blooming bougainvillea & an abundance of tropical plants which flower in season.
The villa features a 30' heated swimming pool with shaded gazebo, & an expansive 80' terrace furnished with comfortable lounge furniture. The main villa features a hexagonal Great Room with high ceilings & oversized mahogany doors opening onto the oceanview terrace. The Great Room is comfortably arranged with wicker furniture in the sitting area, & a handsome polished wooden dining table. A fully-equipped kitchen is set off from the Great Room by a gorgeous granite peninsula - the perfect place for casual dining or entertaining.
Adjacent to the Great Room is the spacious master bedroom suite with its own sitting room that can convert to an additional bedroom for kids. The master bedroom looks out directly onto the ocean and the ever-inspiring tropical sunset. A few steps across the patio is a 2-story bedroom pavilion offering 3 ensuite bedrooms, each with private balcony for enjoying the breathtaking views. A separate apartment below the pool deck includes 4-poster King bed with sitting area, kitchenette & additional tiny room with trundle bed (*special 12-person rate applies to apartment; please ask your reservations agent for details).
Villa Panache is a mere 5-7-minute drive to the sandy beach at Great Cruz Bay (Westin Resort). The charming town of Cruz Bay, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, watersport activities & interisland ferries, is less than 15 minutes away, and the world-renowned north shore National Park beaches are about 20 minutes from the villa.
For larger groups traveling together, Villa Panache is within walking distance of Ti Moune (CT MOU).
