The spacious 30 x 18 great room is decorated with colorful Caribbean prints & tropical accent pieces, and opens onto a wide deck on the sea side & a large courtyard to the rear. The main floor also offers a state-of-the-art kitchen, indoor dining area & covered outdoor dining area off one side of the great room, & large a/c master bedroom, with oversized private bath, on the other side. Coqui's lower level includes 2 air conditioned bedrooms, each with private bath & spacious deck surrounding a sparkling pool. Views can be enjoyed from every room.
