The complex has beautifully maintained communal gardens, swimming pool and BBQ area. Located only 2 minutes walk from the sea front and Puerto Colon. Available for short or long term holiday rentals. This self-catering apartment comprises: bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and safe, bathroom, lounge with bed settee, open plan kitchen with appliances, washing machine . A spacious sunny terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs. The terrace leads onto the communal gardens and pool area. Surrounded by a good selection of quality bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets Villaflor is also only a few steps from the bus stops ( bus 488 service to and from airport) and taxi rank.

My Wife, 16 year old Daughter and I all recently stayed at this apartment and would highly recomend it. The apartment is very clean and has all the faciliities you need for SC. It is also ideally situated with lots of shops and very handy for the beach and nice walks. The complex itsef is a beautiful ,, right in the heart of San Eugenio, just a 10 minute stroll to the beach. I would also highly recommend La Gran Paella ( known to regulars as Juans) which is just round the corner at the bottom of the hill, the food is excellent. I did not know the owner of the apartment (Angela) prior to booking the holiday but she was very efficient and helpful with all relevant information . All in all we had a fantastic time on this charming complex and look forward to going again.
