Le Chateau is an elegant 2-bedroom, 3-bath Mediterranean style villa located 850' atop Peter Peak, with the most breathtaking views imaginable! The site overlooks Francis Bay Beach, Sir Francis Drake Channel, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands & Cinnamon Bay. Located in Estate Catherineberg deep inside the National Park, this 2-acre estate provides a sanctuary amidst ambrosial gardens & lush subtropical forests.
Rare tropical hardwoods and island stonework grace the interior of this luxurious villa. The main living floor has 28'-ceilings & large arched windows which surround the living room, formal dining area & kitchen. Outside on the front balcony, the panoramic views surround you as you lounge, dine, or relax in the hot tub. The villa's pool lies nestled in the tropical gardens outside the verandah, off the living room.
Le Chateau offers 2 very private bedroom suites, each with its own bath, sitting area & balcony (1 bedroom is upstairs & 1 bedroom is on the lower level). Old world charm & ambience characterizes this villa both inside & out, which, including balconies & terraces adds up to 5600 square feet of privacy, comfort & style. Le Chateau does not need a/c due to its elevated & breezy location.
The villa's stately wrought iron gates open onto an expansive 1/2 acre lawn, complete with Christmas palms, fruit trees & a myriad of tropical blossoms. As you stroll across the lawn, a brick atrium with fountain pool, colorful flowering plants and arches beckon you to enter the private world beyond. This is the ideal spot for a romantic getaway or secluded honeymoon.
For larger groups, Le Chateau is located near Island Sun (CT ISL) & Mango Bay (CT MAG). A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
