Self catering studio in the heart of ancient Rome, situated in the vibrant and fashionable Monti area, a step from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum and walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps and 5 mins from the main train station. It is close to many buses and the underground.
The studio has been recently refurbished and is furnished in a practical and simple way. It is on the ground floor with an independent entrance opening directly onto the street and there are two high circular windows that look onto an internal condominium corridor.

The Colosseum, Imperial Rome, the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, St Peter's the mere mention of them provokes images of a cappuccino in a wonderful Roman cafè or a delicious plate of pasta or a pizza in a typical Roman restaurant together with a lovely glass of wine.
A City to remember.
The Lazio Region: Rome is surrounded by towns and villages in Lazio’s scenic such as the famous Castelli Romani or the beautiful nearby sea resorts, open countryside all of which are within easy reach.
North of Rome lie the beautiful lakes of Bolsena, Bracciano and Vico. The unspoilt countryside around Lake Bolsena in particular is certainly worth visiting. The largest town in this area is Viterbo, which is historic and has a lovely, well-preserved medieval centre. Other picturesque towns near Rome include Bagnoregio, Tuscania, Vulci and Tarquinia. The latter two house impressive Etruscan ruins.
South of Rome the landscape is sun-baked and parched, in contrast to the green rolling hills north of the capital. Here, Lake Albano and the Albano Hills are possibly the most attractive areas, featuring picturesque towns such as Palestrina and Frascati. Lazio also has a 60-mile coast, with attractive resorts such as Sperlonga, Nettuno and Anzio.
How to get there: Agatha Studio is situated 2 mins from Via Nazionale. It can be reached easily from the main train station of Termini by taking the underground Line B (Ostia direction) and getting off at Via Cavour stop. When exiting the underground you will find yourself 5 mins away or you can catch a bus from Termini station to Via Cavour and get off at the last stop on Via Cavour.
If arriving by plane at the airport of Leonardo da Vinci- Fiumicino you can catch the train for Termini Railway station and then catch the underground Line B to Via Cavour stop or the bus to Via Cavour.
If you arrive at Ciampino Airport you can catch a bus to Termini Railway station you can catch the train for Termini Railway station and then catch the underground Line B to Via Cavour stop or the bus to Via Cavour.
The central railway station of Termini is only five minutes away by taxi or one stop on line B underground Via Cavour stop.
The Spanish steps, Piazza del Popolo and St Peter's are walking distance or by bus.
