Apartment for 4 persons, in front of a beach yet nearly in the centre of town

From 24 September to 17 December - €60 per night (minimum 2 nights). Last minute booking? - no problem, call us or email us (instant reply by iPhone). If the calendar says it's available then it is!

Fully renovated and re-furnished in 2011. On the 6th and last floor of this quality building, with underground parking included, this apartment is 40m2 with a 9m2 balcony - with a magnificent panoramic sea view. From the balcony you can see from Cabellou in the east to Beg Meil in the west - 180° degrees of a landscape that changes all the time.

South facing, you can benefit from the sun and magnificent vue all the day, but a roll out sun blind and roll down shutters to the full width patio windows give you shade when you wish.

The centre of Concarneau and it's shops, restaurants and wonderful charm is a short stroll away.

Magnificent panoramic view of the bay of Concarneau in South Brittany, this holiday apartment is on the sixth and last floor of an impeccable building (with a lift of course) . A small beach is immediately in front of the apartment and with only a short stroll to the centre of town you almost do not require a vehicle (secure underground parking space included though)

Concarneau is 1 hour from Brest and Lorient Airports (taxi service available), 1.5 hours from Roscoff.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • 25% deposit payable on booking (you can pay by PayPal, secure credit card payments on line, 10 Euro is added to cover our fees.

    Tourist tax (taxe de séjour) is also payable extra, approximately 50 centimes per person over 18 per night

    The balance is payable in Euro on arrival.
    We ask for a security deposit of 250 Euro, returned to you after inspection on your depart.

    We ask you to leave the apartment in the the good clean condition that you find it - in which case there is no cleaning fee. Failure to clean on departure will incur a fee depending upon the level of cleaning required (minimum 50 Euro).

    Arrival is after 3pm, departure before 11.30am - unless otherwise agreed in advance

    Bedlinen and towels are not normally supplied but are available for an extra charge - please ask if required, strictly in advance.

    Arrival day high/mid seasons is saturday, negotiable for low season
