These seafront studios are appointed to a very high standard. Our first consideration is to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The spacious studios have stunning views out to sea, the pine clad Cap d'Antibes and the beaches of Salis. Pure cotton bed linen and towels are provided. Teak decking on the balconies with table, chairs, floor lighting and electric sunshade. Flat screen TV, DVD player, free internet connection, air conditioning and heating. Both studios have wonderful seafront views. Studio 42 is on the 4th floor and overlooks Cap d'Antibes, Studio 14 overlooks the old ramparts and is on the 1st floor. Tempting restaurants and bars also line this seafront street. There is free parking outside the building and in the surrounding area. The Picasso museum is a short stroll away along the old walls as is the famous daily Provencal market where you can purchase local food produce and handmade art and craft gifts.

This is our new first floor studio in the same sea-front building as our other property. It has been totally refurbished to the same standard as Studio 42. It has a large airy main room, a fully fitted modern kitchen with dining area and luxurious shower room. The teak decking on the terrace has outdoor lighting, two low chairs and a small table for evening drinks. This is overlooking the sea and the stunning old walls of the historical museum at the edge of the old ramparts that surround the old town.

There is much local history to be discovered walking through the old streets of Antibes. Wonderful old stone buildings, food markets, Bric-a-brac and clothes markets galore. If you want to explore further afield, the train station in Antibes takes you west along the coast to Cannes, with the designer shops and where the famous film festival takes place. Or take a train to hillside town of Grasse, famous for its perfume. East on the train will take you to Monaco and across the border into Italy, less than an hour away. Great for a day trip. Juan les Pins is also a lively area, just across the other side of the Cap, 5 minutes drive.from the apartment. Famous for its Jazz Festival and beaches. During the evenings Juan les Pins turns into a buzzing place, street entertainers, restaurants, ice-cream parlours & late night clubs. There are fantastic coastal walks to be taken from the apartment round Cap d'Antibes, a walk up the hill to the lighthouse and chapel must not be missed.

Sea View Studios in Antibes

We stayed at both Studios last week. They are clean and well designed, though very small. Perfect for a couple and in a great location, near the old town. Louise was very helpful and tried to accommodate any special requests.
Studio 14 was quite noisy being on the first floor right above a busy street. We slept with the doors closed and the a/c, instead of hearing the sounds of the sea. Studio 42 has amazing views and we often enjoyed lunch on the balcony. Antibes is a charming town-don't miss the Marche. It is also a good base to explore the Cote D Azur and visit the many artist museums-Picasso, Leger, Chagall, Renoir, Matisse--all within 20 minutes drive.

What a find!

We live in New Zealand and found this wonderful accommodation on-line. Everything was as promised (you never know when you book on-line). The service provided, as commented on by others, was fantastic and Louise is a pleasure to deal with. EVERYTHING was perfect and having beach towels provided was a bonus. They take up so much room in your luggage. Having a few supplies provided was also very appreciated. The location was amazing and we walked/bussed and trained everywhere. We also had the most amazing weather while in Antibes. There was always something to watch from the balcony regardless of the time of day and my worry about noise was groundless. It is a quiet place to stay. Have already recommended this accommodation to New Zealand friends who are planning trips to France. Antibes is very centrally located on the Riveria coast for trips around the area and it is also a great town to explore. Thanks Louise we plan to be back sometime.

value and tastefull

We had a wonderful time in this small, but so functional apartment, perfect location, decorated tasteful, you would't think it was for rent out ! Everything was nice, and the host had fresh flowers, coffee and bread, made us feel soo welcome.
The location near the beach, and 5 min. away from the center, made us think of buying a similar place.
We are definitly coming back.
But next time, we are not renting a car, because we did't needed it, coming from Nice airport !

Wonderful flat in a superb location. It was heavenly to have breakfast on the balcony with the sea right in front us. The flat itself is extremely well equipped and nicely furnished, including such thoughtful touches as beach towels and a parasol to take to the beach that's only a few minutes' walk away. The old town is minutes away too. It's much better than staying in a hotel, as the chance for some self-catering is not to be passed up when the produce from the daily food market is so good. Highly recommended.

A perfect place to stay !

We stayed at this studio almost 2 weeks in July and everything was just perfect. A beautiful view and a studio which was very nice.
We can recommend this place for everybody.
