Exclusive split-level townhouse located at Merlin Bay, St. James. One of eight properties surrounding a central swimming pool and sun deck on a low sea cliff with steps leading down to a beautiful secluded beach. Ocean View lives up to its name and there are good views of the ocean over the private plunge pool and central swimming pool to the ocean beyond. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all opening to terraces or balconies. On the ground floor the bedroom opens to the plunge pool terrace, on the upper floor one bedroom opens to a private terrace and the other to a dining terrace overlooking the plunge pool. There is an air-conditioned indoor dining room and sunken living room which opens to the plunge pool terrace.

Ocean View is located a short drive from Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane Hotel where 5-Star Golf, tennis and spa facilities are available.

Guests are well looked after by a friendly and efficient staff. A chef and maid/laundress and gardener, along with two security guards on property at night.
