Bright and comfortable apartment suitable for 5 persons, near the Vatican

Pleasant apartment located in an exclusive area, with private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and 2 tennis courts, few minutes away from the Vatican and the historical center.

The apartment is composed by a living room with two sofa beds, an equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. There are also 2 balconies livable, one with deckchairs, table and chairs for romantic cocktails watching the sunset...

There is everything you need for your comfort: air conditioning, internet connection, soap and shampoo, linen and towels, iron & board, cooking utensils, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, cable TV,soap and shampoo.

The apartment is well located in a quiet and full of green area, just few minutes from the Vatican and the heart or Rome. There is a bus station 50 meters away from the apartment, from there you may go to any direction. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to go to the Vatican and to the historic centre. If you travel with your car or you plan to rent a car in Rome, there is a private parking right under the building.

In the immediate proximity of the apartment there is the most beautiful part of the Villa Doria Pamphili park... you can easily get there within few minutes of walking and enjoy the beauty and the serenity of the largest park in Rome.

The Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino airport is well connected to the apartment as well. In the area there are shops, supermarkets and banks.

It is the right compromise between the tranquility of a residential area and the proximity to the historical center of the Eternal City.

Great Experience

My family and I stayed a week in this apartment just a short bus ride outside the center of Rome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nice and gave us a quiet place to come back to each evening after a long day of site seeing in Rome. In my opinion his staff have the utmost integrity and moral character. The most exceptional part of our visit came after we returned home to find that my daughter had left her $300 Itouch in the room. I called Gianluca and asked if he could look for it and to my surprise a week later he called and said his cleaning staff had found it. His office held on to the Itouch for a couple of weeks until I could arrange for its pickup. What a refreshing story in this age of so many people doing the wrong thing. Thank you so much Gianluca for saving me lots of money and making my 12 yr old daughter very very happy.

The apartment offered everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect, it is very quiet and plenty of greenery. Very close to downtown. The owners (Gianluca and his mother) were very helpful and respond promptly to all my questions. I hope to rent this apartment another time.

Nice apartment, even had closets!!! Very close to downtown as the bus line 98 ran straight to the Vatican. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and the owners were very nice and understanding. Would definately recommend this apartment

When in Rome again, Family with small children

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The location was perfect for all of our needs. This property is in a gated community with plenty of parking. We did not have to worry about living our car there for the entire length of our stay. Even though it is located close to a busy Rome access road, the apartment is situated in off the road surrounded by greenery so it is very quiet. The bus stop is at a very short walk and could get to the Vatican in about 10-15 minutes. We decided to walk to Saint Peter Basilica and the Vatican Museums once, it took us about 30 minutes. We had to take two buses to get to the Colosseum area, but only had to pay for one bus ticket (1 Euro) since tickets are good for 75 minutes. Gianluca and his mother are very helpful and friendly people. Gianluca responded to all my questions in a timely manner. This will be our top choice on return trips to Rome!

Good time at Rome

The apartment is very nice and comfortable for us (4 persons) with a good facility to parking, near many routes to easy access any where at Rome.

Your mom well comed us. She was very friendly, gently and helpfully to us.

In the future I would like to rent your apartment another time.
