Colina del Mar is located on the beach on the fashionable West Coast of Barbados, renowned for its shimmering white sandy beaches and crystal blue sea. The house is approached through wrought iron gates, to a coralstone courtyard. Double lattice doors open to an inner foyer featuring a handcarved stone console. The foyer leads to the living room and formal dining room which is floored in Italian tile and elegantly furnished in an European tradition. Mahogany louvered windows and doors open to a pool and patio facing the sea. A staircase leads from the living room to a large balustrade terrace, where the Caribbean sunsets can be enjoyed. One bedroom is located on the main level with the other two being on the second floor, each with ensuite bathroom.This villa was designed for indoor/outdoor living, allowing for complete enjoyment of its magnificent setting.
