The house is a mansion built in 1985 on a land area of ??several acres, planted with wine and oil. Renovated in the winter-spring of this year (2011) presents the possibility of several facilities, among them the presence of a private swimming pool in the garden in front of the villa itself and which can be accessed simply by a French door housed near the living room. The outdoor pool is shared with the villagers of the village, but not public. Very light in summer, does not lose its appeal even in autumn or winter, when it wont be covered with the white snow.
