The house is a mansion built in 1985 on a land area of ??several acres, planted with wine and oil. Renovated in the winter-spring of this year (2011) presents the possibility of several facilities, among them the presence of a private swimming pool in the garden in front of the villa itself and which can be accessed simply by a French door housed near the living room.
