Semi-detached house, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with electric shower over bath, Sitting room, kitchen and conservatory which is set up for dining. Guest WC. Gas Central Heating, Pretty Garden with shed, Off street parking. Very close to town & all local amenities but in a quiet area. Goodwood 6 miles, Chichester 12 miles. Brighton, Guildford, Portsmouth, Winchester all within 30 mile radius. Perfect to explore the areas surrounding the South Downs or for contract workers (please ask for special rates for longer term contract workers). Regret no Smokers or Pets.

The coast is 17 miles with popular destinations such as Emsworth, Selsey, Pagham, Bracklesham Bay, The Witterings and of course Bognor Regis. Polo at Cowdray Park is right on the doorstep as are other activities at Cowdray including clay shooting, deerstalking & golf. The historic ruins of Cowdray House are also available to visit. Portsmouth, Brighton and Guildford are within easy reach. This location is perfect for exploring the South of England. There are pubs/restaurants within walking distance and many pubs and restaurants in the surrounding countryside. The market town of Midhurst provides most everything in easy walking distance.
