Colares Chalet Rental Photos and Description
1 bedroom, for 2 - 2 chalets for 2 couples
Casa da Burra is a charming chalet with big personality, in Serra de Sintra, but next to the beach. It's absolutely ideal for romantic vacations, a retreat to escape the routine and batteries charging! Timeless scenario of literature romance that will transport you through centuries! It's a duplex, with British inspiration for decoration, but in a light, modern and tasty version. The cosy living room is comfy and spacious, and the bedroom, upstairs reminds a honey-moon nest!
The kitchen is separated, in a very country-side style, with a huge fire place, and a lovely outside space where you may have your meals. For breakfast, you'll have always fresh bread, that you may also use for your lunch near the pool, in magnificent relaxing moments. If you prefer the beach, you may choose the magnificent white sandy beaches such as Adraga (considered the third best beach in Europe by BBC) or Guincho (World famous beach for its Windsurfing qualities), a few kilometres distant from Sintra.
Romantic Romantic Romantic!: If you are 2 couples, you have these 2 suites to stay in, having all the privacy of a unique chalet, with the comfort of an exclusive retreat.
For your romantic escape, don't miss this location, with privileged gardens, and private way almost to the beach!
The prices include daily cleaning and all you need for a delicious breakfast!

Website pics were intriguing, location given as longitude/latitude, fortunately owner was listed as contact person. Being despertaly lost, we called, she found us & brought us to Casa Burro. And Casa Burro is a most magical cottage compound. Hollywood set designer could not have imagined a more romantic hideaway.
Having flown overnight, we were exhausted. Fortunately, Paola had also prepared us a delicious lunch and stocked the kitchen so we were free to relax and recuperate.
If you have a car and don't mind a steep set of stairs, you couldn't ask for a better place.
