Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Maximum Guests in Room: 6

Number of Beds: 3 (Includes sofa sleeper in living-room)

The unit is approximately 900 square feet. The unit has two full bathrooms and is completely furnished with warm custom furniture, a queen-size sofa sleeper located in the living room, color television and a DVD player. High speed Internet is provided via wireless network. The unit has a cozy gas fireplace with stone hearth, dining room with table and chairs and private balconies with decorative railings. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an adjacent master bathroom. The guest bedroom and bathroom offer all the comforts and amenities for larger families. For your convenience, the kitchen is equipped with ample cooking utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and range. Hydronic heating is used to heat the slate tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floors. Ski storage locker located on the first floor. The unit was built in 2002 and is located in the Village at Squaw Valley. The condominium is in the First Ascent Southface building.

Views of the Village from the living room. Several restaurants located in the Village i.e. Mamasake Sushi, Fireside Pizza, Rocker , 22 Bistro and Plumpjacks. Starbucks is also located in the Village. Exit the building and you are steps to the 'Funitel' to start your 'World Class' skiing.

This condo has a great layout that would work for a family with kids or two couples. It was nice that it had two full bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc., if you prefer to stay in and cook.

Location to the ski slopes was great, but there were not a lot of other things to do at the resort, at least not in March.

Bill was very easy to work with.

Excellent Condo right in the center of the Squaw Village

Great vacation condo... Highly recommended. The unit is right in the center of the village, close to the main lifts and real close to the restaurants and shops. The unit easily slept 6 people and is very nice with its modern kitchen and deck outside overlooking the village. I highly reccomend this unit in Squaw. 5 stars.

Excellent condo! Bill was very helpful in making our ski vacation a great experience. Condo was clean and neat and is directly across the street from the ski school and the Funitel. Condo complex has ground floor ski lockers and 2 hot tubs. Complimentary underground parking was convenient and free of charge. I recommend this condo for ski families!

The condo 83498 worked out very well. It was a great location and the skiing was great. Had a 24" snowfall mid week so there was plenty of snow for skiing. Everything was at the condo and it was clean and ready for our arrival.
