This stunning luxury five-bedroom/four bathroom villa is located at the award winning resort of Orange Tree, which is a premier residential community with many facilities not normally associated with private villas. Awarded the bronze prize in the “Best Floridian House” category of the Homes Overseas magazine, Orange Tree is a peaceful location and yet has the advantage of being located on Hwy. 27, which is close to the 192 with all its restaurants and facilities; Disney is only a 15-minute drive away, Sea World is also nearby. Publix, Winn Dixie and Wal Mart supermarkets are all within a 3 mile radius. For those who enjoy a more active lifestyle, Orange Tree has its own on-site facilities including tennis courts, basketball and a children’s play area. In addition, there are over 20 golf courses within a 30-minute drive that will excite and challenge both pros and novices. The Orange Tree facilities include tennis courts, basket ball court, soccer pitch and a kids' playground.

  • A $200 deposit will secure the booking initially with the balance being payable 12 weeks before the start of the rental period
    A security deposit of $200 will be required for each booking. The deposit will be returned soon after departure following an inspection of the villa.
  • For bookings of less than 5 nights, a premium of $95 will be required to cover cleaning charges.
  • Taxes are included in the prices but pool heating is normally charged at an additional $29.50 per day. Please enquire to the owner for a quotation on pool heating as discounts may be available.

  • Our master room features a very large bathroom with double wash basin, full length mirror, oversized bath tub and walk in screened shower. Direct access to our pool can be achieved through both the master bathrooms.

  • Our villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including 2 Master Queen Suites, each with private bathrooms and private access to the pool area. With the kids in mind, 2 of the bedrooms have twin beds in each and share a full bathroom. The fifth double-size bedroom has its own bathroom adjacent. There is also a Queen-size sofa bed in the living room for those slightly larger families, so the villa comfortably accommodates 10-12 people. Our villa has many upgrades, it features ceramic tile floors throughout the living areas, so you will remain cool while the temperatures soar. The carpeted bedrooms give the softness and comfort to feet that have spent the day walking the theme parks. Our fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave, blender, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher provides for a quick meal or a full-blown gourmet dinner. You don’t even need to pack clothes for every day of your stay as we have a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

We had such a great experience with this house. It is close to the Disney properties, and Universal- you can be there in literally no time. Plus the photos do not show enough of how nice this house is. Truly a great place to stay, much better than staying in a hotel. And the owner was very informative and pleasant to do business with. Would highly recommend staying at this house.

Florida Retreat

Words can not describe my families pleasure in your most spacious house. After a three day drive from Canada it was wonderful to enter a place which was clean and inviting. We had ten people in our party (5 adults and 5 children) and there was more than enough space for everybody. It was nice to have four bathrooms since my house in Canada only has one. The layout of the house was great and it never felt like we were tripping over each other. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent after the many days of park walking and gift shopping. The house is in very quiet, close location to all that Orlando has to offer. Disney parks are approximately 25 minutes away. I am planning another trip to Florida in the next few years and will hope to return to this wonderful house. I am most definitely going to recommend this house to people I know if they are coming to Florida. Thanks Alan

The house is beautiful. Better than the description. It's very spacious. The pool was heated and our grandchildren had the time of their lives playing in the pool and hot tub. We would like to thank Alan for all of his assistance and timely communications. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. I would also consider renting it again the next time we're in the Orlando area. It's very easy to get to and close to everything. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday.

We had a wonderful time. It's was a very nice villa. Clean and sunny. I will recommend that house to family and friends.
C'était extraordinaire, bien situé, près de tout. Les enfants ont adorés. Très propres et spacieux.Nous étions 5 personnes mais aurions pu être facilement 10 personnes et tout aurait été correct.
