Features a king bed, hallway bunks, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families or couples, our condo sleeps four to six.
Located in the Windancer Condominium complex, one of Destin’s few remaining low-rise complexes, the unit (#104) is in a prime location with immediate access to both the beach and the pool. Fewer units in the entire complex means you won’t have to have to battle the crowds while trying to enjoy the surf. Also, there is no public beach access nearby.
Your kids will love being steps from the pool and you’ll love the convenience of being close enough to watch them play from the private patio. First floor convenience means no more elevator rides and long walks to the beach.
We’ve provided many of the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including a free wi-fi connection, fully equipped kitchen, linens, TVs, and DVD players.
Located one eighth of a mile south of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, the Nation's Largest outlet center, you’re just minutes away from great shopping. In addition to laying on the beach or playing in the pool, you can also enjoy all the things Destin has to offer including world-class golf, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, parasailing, jet skiing, and fine dining to name a few!
As a guest in our vacation home we are committed to making your stay the best it can be. We employ local maintenance and cleaning staff who can respond immediately to meet any needs during your stay.

*Add 12% tax and $105 cleaning fee to all rental rates.
*No Smoking and No Pets.
* Check-In - 4:00 pm / Check-Out - 10:00 am.
*A $150.00 security deposit is required to hold a reservation. The $150.00 deposit is required to reserve our condo and it is also considered a damage deposit. This security/damage deposit will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security/damage deposit will be billed to the person responsible for booking the stay.
*Full payment required 30 days prior to the check in date.
*Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the “Check-In” date to receive a full refund of deposit and rental fees.
· 14 days or more before “Arrival Date” – 100% refund
· 8-13 days prior to “Arrival Date” – 80% refund
· 1-7 days prior to “Arrival Date” – 50% refund
*At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the condo each day of the rental period. (Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.)
