Excellent location, quietly situated & close to the beach

Spacious Bournemouth holiday apartments within Large Victorian property, within walking distance of the beach at Durley Chine and the centre of Bournemouth and situated within the West Cliff conservation area. There are 3 off 2 bedroomed apartments and 3 off 1 bedroomed apartments within the building each having separate lounge /bedroom/s own bathrooms and kitchenettes.

Large garden/garden furniture for guests use.Just a few minutes walk to local regular bus service . Ideal for those without a car. Close to Bournemouth International Centre and The Pavilion Theatre. The popular Victorian shopping area of Westbourne is within walking distance.The apartments are cleaned and carefully inspected/ prepared for guests arrival. Guests are usually shown into their apartment upon arrival during normal hours. Car parking -1 per apartment within the grounds. Free Wifi.

Location - West Cliff Bournemouth: Excellent location within the West Cliff Conservation area of Bournemouth. A 5 minute walk to the beautiful green cliff top areas, and 10 min stroll through the wooded chines at Middle Chine or Durley Chine to clean sandy beaches.

10 min walk to the town centre of Bournemouth and the Bournemouth International Centre.

10 min walk to the popular shopping centre of Westbourne.

Local regular buses close by. Buses run every 3 minutes to Poole and Bournemouth.

Bournemouth Free Air Show: Dates this year are 19th- 21st. August 2011

Many arts and crafts features including feature fireplaces and sash windows and high ceilings. Ornate fireplace with electric fire. Large lounge with 3 piece suite and dining table and chairs. Colour TV/DVD player. Internet connection. Double bed settee in the lounge. Spacious bedroom king size bed and 2 single beds. Beautiful mahogany fire surround. Kitchenette with full size gas cooker, microwave, frig and freezer. Washing machine. Garden drying facilities. Bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Shower attachment over the bath. Large garden with lawns, garden furniture for guests use. Night storage heating out of season. Elec/gas via meter. Car parking for 1 vehicle with further roadside parking outside of the property.

  • Terms: 1/3 deposit payable via cheque or bank transfer. The remaining balance becomes due 6 weeks prior to the rental. A £7 supplement is payable when paying via Bank Transfer for each transfer to cover English Bank Commission.
    The above rates exclude bed linen and towels which are available to hire. £20 double set. £15 single.Towels £5 per person.
    Free Internect connection .
    Free car parking for one vehicle within the grounds.
    Power cost are additional to the above except for night storage heating during the colder months.
    Starting dates are flexible for out of peak season.
    Payments may be made via English Sterling £ cheques or via bank transfer.
  • Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday but weekday arrivals are possible out of the peak season.
    Short breaks are available during quieter periods: 4 Nights 75% of weekly rental, 5 nights 85% of weekly rental.
