Casa Verde is a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa located on a quiet cul-de-sac street tastefully furnished and very comfortable. This villa is well equipped and offers all the comforts of home and more. It is situated in the Costa Papagayo area and is only a 15 minute walk to beaches and centre of Playa Blanca. Features of the villa include total privacy-large garden, pool and terrace areas surrounded by high walls which make it both safe and quiet, heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) and outdoor hot tub, alarm security system, full air conditioning, lounge and master bedroom leading out to pool terrace area, covered outdoor dining area with gas BBQ, fireplace and seating area, American style kitchen with all modern appliances and Satellite TV which gives guests access to BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and RTE1. No additional charge for pool heating, out door hot tub and air conditioning/heating. We are delighted to now offer free Wifi access to all our guests.

Casa Verde is located in the town of Playa Blanca at the Southern most point of Lanzarote, known as the islands sunniest location. Playa Blanca is a growing community with many excellent beaches, shopping and numerous restaurants....the local fresh fish is outstanding. The new Marinia Rubicon, with its yachts, fabulous eating establishments and designer retail outlets is just a 10 minute taxi/drive away. Also located on the Southern portion of Lanzarote is the quaint village of El Golfo known for it's fresh fish restaurants overlooking the sea, the natural salt mines and the historic Timanfaya National Park, are all within at 15-20 minute drive from town. The ferry service to Fuertaventura runs from Playa Blanca daily for those who wish to visit the other island. Rental cars can be hired locally if needed.

What can we say about this superb Villa that has'nt already been said by others before us.

Bernadette has thought of everything,
the villa was very clean,comfortable,secluded very relaxing & peaceful just what we needed it had everything you could wish for, a home from home.

Colm and Julie who look after Casa Verde for Bernadette were very friendly and helpful,and it was nice to know that if you did have a problem they was just a phone call away.
We booked for 1 week ,and wished we could have stayed longer.

Definitely will return the next time for 2 weeks.

Would highly recommend this villa.

We loved Casa Verde. Perfect in every way. So wonderful to have a warm pool to swim in every day even when the weather cloudy and cool.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend it to all our friends and family.

My husband and 2 friends really enjoyed our stay at CasaVerde.The villa was very comfortable with all the amenities and equipment you would expect from 5 star accommodation.Any help we needed was provided by Colm and his wife including transport to and from the airport.We would have no problem recommending this villa.

Brilliant Villa in Playa Blanca

We have just returned from spending a brilliant 2 weeks at this amazing villa.
Everything you could wish for was provided, except perhaps a means of controlling the wind. But even when it is windy and you are being sandblasted on the beach you can return to your own private pool (very private) and get some shelter in the many nooks and crannies around the pool and gardens.
An excellent choice for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday doing very little.
