With over 2300 square feet of living area this five bedroom with two king masters and four bathrooms is fully furnished and equipped to meet the needs of couples, families and groups.
The ground floor has a king master bedroom with en-suite washroom and walk-in closet, a second bedroom with twin beds and its own bathroom, and a shower suitable for someone with mobility problems (fitted handrails and an integral seat), convenient access to the pool area from the Master bathroom via a separate door.
To complete the first floor there is a formal dining room with a large glass topped table that will easily seat six, a very well equipped kitchen area with its own table and four chairs which opens to the family room with patio doors to the pool lanai.
A washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet leading to the garage.
The family room has comfortable sofas and arm chair and its own 40 inch HDTV, Blue Ray DVD, Stereo radio, an I-pod docking station and CD player. There is a selection of DVDs, CD's, books, and games suitable for all ages. There are over 100 channels available including BBC America and ESPN and Fox Sports for European football. High speed wireless internet access is available for your use.
You will also find a telephone with free North American long distance including US, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Free long distance calls to Europe are also provided on request.
The garage has been converted to a games room with foosball and air hockey tables.
Upstairs there is a second king master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in closet, a twin bed room and another bedroom with Queen bed. The two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms have their own LED/LCD TVs.
Outside you will find an enclosed 30 foot by 15 foot solar heated swimming pool with a built in spa, surrounded by one of the more spacious pool decks in Silver Creek for play or relaxation after a day at the parks. The south-west exposure ensures that you can enjoy the afternoon sun and top up that tan on the available sun-loungers. Florida Glass (opaque screening) provides for extra privacy. A well furnished lanai provides shade and a patio table for casual dining on the beautiful Florida evenings.
Families with young children need not worry about pool safety since there is a secure pool fence to prevent accidents. In fact, we are only a short walk away from a children’s' play area - when they still have some energy to burn off!
The house has air conditioning and central heating, and all rooms have ceiling fans. Our local management firm is available to assist you with any issues that you might have.
We have decided to make our villa pet friendly and will allow guest to bring up to two small dogs of no more than 20lbs. This must be pre-approved by us and will require a $85 non-refundable deposit.
