STEAMBOAT IS THE PLACE TO BE SUMMER OR WINTER!

This fantastic almost SKI-IN SKI-OUT Snowflower Condo is located at the base of the ski area only steps from the Gondola. It features a Private Balcony with SKI AREA VIEWS and GARAGE Parking. This Condo is known for it's location!! If you don't have a car... no problem! The condo is walking distance to Ski Rentals, Mountain Bike rentals, Shopping, Night Life, Restaurants, Gourmet Market, Liquor Store and more. If you are interested in going downtown, the FREE bus stop is just around the corner. This condo also includes High Speed Wireless Internet. If you don't want to bring your laptop then feel free to use the computer located in the lobby. Sorry, NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING indoors.

Condo comfortably sleeps two adults on a Murphy bed and two children on a pull out queen size sofa sleeper. No extra cost for children. Small kitchen is perfect for cooking and includes everything you need to cook with. Condo is also stocked with Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner & Lotion.

This Condo comes with a complimentary pass to Peak Fitness Center. Voted by the locals, 'The Best Place To Work Out!' Personal Training, Tanning and UV Free Mystic Tanning are also available for an additional fee. If you don't want to drive, the free bus will take you to and from the gym. Sorry, no kids under 14yrs old allowed.

I can help you book a Massage, Babysitter or Transportation. I can also do all your Grocery shopping for an addtional fee. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to book any additional services.)

Policies:

25% of the total reservation is due 10 days after booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For holiday reservations the final deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival. All deposits are non-refundable. Minimum night stay requirements vary during the year.

Perfect location for our first time to Steamboat. Tara was a jewel in providing the highest level of customer service from rental to where to eat to ski instructors. We had a huge blessing by spending Christmas in Steamboat!

Wish we could have spent more time in Steamboat, since the unit was the perfect size for the two of us. It was very clean and the small kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed. The owner was to the few questions I had (she responded quickly to a couple of messages and even checked to make sure we'd made it to Steamboat the night of our arrival). Wish we'd been able to check out the owner's gym while we were there, but we were too busy exploring Steamboat and the Fish Creek Falls trail. It was unusually hot while we were in Steamboat, but the unit was nicely cool at night when we got back and we were very comfortable our entire stay. Thanks!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during ski season. What a great place. Close walk to Gondola and restaurants. Hot tub very nice and easy walk from condo. The condo had all the amenities you could want & Tara was the best host ever - helping us out with groceries, lift tickets, & restaurant recommendations. We will be staying here next year for sure!

The condo is emaculate, well-maintained and stocked with everything needed for a getaway. We really enjoyed being steps away from the gondola and next to restaurants and the market. The private balcony has a great little view of the mountain and we absolutely loved the huge hot tub and heated pool! Tara was super easy to work with and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Everything listed is entirely accurate and we'll definitely be back soon!

Awesome place!

Not only is this awfully close to the base of the gondola but very well stocked with basic supplies. Owner is very personable and flexible and it was very clean and convenient. The full kitchen made it very nice to make some meals and the small washer and dryer is awesome to do a load of wash if needed. My husband, son and I really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering it.
