We had an unbelievable beautiful stay at this farm house which is perfect located if you are looking for quiet area, natural environment, beautiful views and perfect facilities. After only one night we felt as we are at home and missed nothing to have wonderful days. It is a perfect location to explore the little villages arround on the hills by bicycle or by car and also very close to have a wonderful day at the beach. There are some nice little towns like Massa Marittima and Castiglione della Pescaia which you can reach very fast. But the most of the time we spent around the pool which is really big enough to have fun or to do some swimming exercises and which has also a wonderful view over the hills and the olive grove or we sat at one of the terasses you find around the house and read a book. Rita, the owner of the house was always there to make your holidays perfect or if we needed some information about wine, restaurants, food and lots of more things. We could ask her everything and she was trying to help and always find a solution. I think we always benefited that she and her family lived there for some years! We hope that we can come back sometimes because it is defenitely a place where we want to go again and I would also recommend this property to every one!

First of all, we were greated on arrival by the owners who welcommed us into their home. The entire family is as lovely as the house we stayed in! 2 weeks of pure delight!
The house is located 1/2 way of the top of a hill on a dirt road which means absolutely no trafic through and absolutely no noise. The first neighbors are up the road and you can't even see them/hear them. The view from the house is amazing especially from the enormous swiming pool!! This is the perfect house for outdoor living which is really what you want in summer in Italy.
The location is brilliant, 15 minutes from the lovely village of Castiglione della Pescaia (amongst others) with a great Italian village feel and lovely restaurants. Good shoping too!
For the daily shoping there is a great little supermarkt 5 minutes down the road from the house in Grilli. The location is also very convenient when we went to Roma for the day, we cought the train from Grosseto 20 minutes away from the house and 1.5 hour later, we were in Roma!
The house is perfectly well equipped, we found all we needed in the kitchen (+ outdoor kitchen) and the bathrooms are great too.
We only regret that 2 weeks were not long enough to see all there is to see in the area, we have to go back!!!
