This bright and spacious holiday apartment is just minutes away from the beach, perfect for a family of four: you can enjoy everything Nice has to offer. On the 4th floor with lift, on a quiet city center street with the chic pedestrian zone just a stroll away, it makes an excellent base to explore Nice and the Riviera.

Fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, oven, hob.

The open plan living area has a comfortable black leather sofa with matching armchair and 4 windows opening on the south facing balcony. Dining corner for 4 persons.

The master bedroom has a double bed 140cm with bedside tables and table lamps, a built in wardrobe. 2 windows give access also to the front balcony.

The second bedroom offers one double bed 140cm with a bedside table and lamp. Storage is provided from a large chest of drawers.

Large main bathroom, shower room en suite to the bedroom area and separate WC.

Great place to stay!

Tastefully renovated apartment in an old Nicoise building (high ceilings, hardwood floors, marble tiles). Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with nice furniture. Balcony was narrow, but overlooking quiet park. The location is fabulous - beach, bakery, supermarket, and train station are all within walking distance. Apartment had everything we needed, except the hair dryer (we had couple of cold nights in Nice). Kitchen is equipped with everything you would need, but we didn't cook much with so many great restaurants nearby. Wifi worked great, all the appliances were new and in excellent condition.

The building was secure and quiet, except the night club on the ground floor. It was working only on the weekends, but the new windows in the apartment managed to block majority of noise from it. Busy street on the north side of the apartment didn't bother us as much.

Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay in Nice.

Excellent apartment but noisy

Large floor area for 2 bed apartment.

Good condition with modern kitchen and bathrooms, all well equipped, on 4th floor of elegant old building. Wonderful large living room, with open aspect to south and west and view over large square to church. Narrow balcony on both those sides.

Excellent location; city's main shops, supermarkets, sea and central pedestrianized area short walk, plus 7 bus routes from stop immediately below. This means that, north, side of building has lots of traffic noise, but there is modern double glazing.

Spacious private parking to rent nearby or several nearer public car parks. Street parking impractical.

No curtains; shutters provide privacy but have fixed louvers which let in light.

No wardrobes; big built in cupboard for clothes but also used to store cleaning materials.

Nightclub in basement operates midnight to 6am, Friday, Saturday & Sunday; we used earplugs on those nights.

Despite these issues we enjoyed our 4 week stay.

Nice is also a wonderful location for exploring the rest of the Cote D'Azur, being centrally situated for visiting Monaco, Cannes, St Tropez alongside all the fantastic rural French villages. The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feet, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Use your internet to look up the many areas of interest & outstanding beauty.
