Podere Acqua Bona is a typical Tuscan colonic house dating from XIX century, completely renovated in 2007, in respect of constructive Tuscan tradition with quality fittings and antique furniture, located in the most charming hills of central Tuscany - few Km far from San Miniato and a few minutes (40) from Pisa and Florence Airport. The car is essential and you can rent it at the airport. We offer a holiday marked by relax, nature, art, culture, wine and good food. Podere Acqua Bona lies on one of the most beautiful hills of S. Miniato, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves in a panoramic position with stunning view over the sweet hills and situated in the heart of wine routes area far from traffic.

The typical farmhouse, at the ground floor is divided into 2 independent wings, comprising of the most up-to-date amenities and comforts where can stay from 2 to max 12 people. The flat has two private entrance and in the main wing has a large charming living room with fireplace, very spacious dining room, a kitchen fully equipped, an ample pantry, 3 bedrooms: double and twin-bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms. The second wing has one living room/kitchenette with 1 double sofa bed, 1 double room and dressing room, 1 bathroom with bath. Further, if you are 12, two single bed may be added with a little extra. Panoramic outdoor terrace and area, shaded from an old large tree, equipped with outdoor furniture (chairs, table, umbrella , etc.), barbecue grill, wood oven, in order to eat or relax open-air. Beside this private area, there are vineyards, olive groves and wood.
