Escape to this beautiful new custom-built 3 bedroom-plus Den home, located within short distance from the acclaimed North Naples beach. This home is tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings to take advantage of a spacious open floor plan. It has cathedral ceilings, intricate architectural details, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout the living and dining areas, private enclosed pool with waterfall, custom bath & shower. The master suite has a king four poster bed, large walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom with designer Italian tiles and sliders to enclosed pool area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The den has a queen sofa sleeper. Generous drawer and closet space can accommodate visits of a week or a few months. There is a fully equipped kitchen. All towels, beach towels, linens, hair driers in each bathroom, and toiletries are provided.

  • The master suite has a king four poster plantation-style bed, large walk-in closet, cathedral ceiling and sliders to enclosed pool area. Of course, there are also a TV, DVD player, alarm clock and plenty of drawer storage. The master bathroom has a separate shower and an oval whirlpool Jacuzzi tub. A separate shower is rarely found in Florida homes. The bathroom features his and hers vanity sinks, wall-mounted hair dryer, large mirrors and an accent lighting. The toilet is in a separate room. This north side bedroom gets afternoon sun in the large bay window. It features a metal sleigh-style queen size bed, writing desk, chest of drawers, TV and a spacious closet. The bedroom features cathedral ceiling that help the natural cooling during the hot days.

We have recently returned home from a wonderful holiday in Naples and would thoroughly recommend this lovely villa. The owner has been a pleasure to deal with by phone and e-mail, always very prompt and nothing was too much trouble.
The house is exactly as described although it was even larger than we expected, very well maintained and well fitted. The master bedroom/bathroom and kitchen were particularly good The pool area is pleasant and perfectly large enough for relaxing and the Delnor Wiggins beach at the end of the road is beautiful. You do need to take your own beds/umbrella but as guests tend to leave anything like this behind it is not a problem, most things can be found in the garage!
The villa is about a 10min drive from the centre of Naples with its lovely pier and shops, our personal favourite is the Coastland Centre where we all spent far too much money! The Miromar Outlet is about 20mins north and well worth a visit.
There are literally hundreds of resaurants and diners locally, a good list of recommended ones is kept in the villa but we'd like to add our favourite P F Chang (about 200 yards from the villa!). There are also huge Publix and Walmart supermarkets very close so self catering couldn't be easier. There is also a outdoor BBQ for great alfresco dining.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful property; a great holiday.
