Luxurious and spacious three bedroom, three bath unit, 1792 square feet inside plus 300 square foot balcony, third floor poolside unit in 'D' building. Faces west. Enjoy the view of the sunset from your balcony after a day at the beach and the pool. You have the use of the incredible 8000 square foot terraced pool with two waterfalls, a hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs or the 'infinity edge' Gulf front pool directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf Of Mexico 30 plus feet above sea level. Property includes 580 feet of pristine beach frontage at Blue Mountain Beach.

Adagio is an 11 acre development on scenic Highway 30-A, lushly landscaped with a gated entrance, parking right in front of your unit, amenity center with exercise room featuring state of the art exercise equipment and wireless internet access at both pools and from your balcony. You'll enjoy the quiet, slow and leisurely pace of 'Adagio' within easy driving distance of shopping, restaurants, golf courses and nightly entertainment. Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside are within five minutes to the east.

This unit is tastefully decorated with elegant, quality furnishings. For music and movies our unit also includes a state of the art built in full surround system/home theatre with Marantz Audio Video Receiver, DVD/CD Player and built in Triad speakers in the living room, kitchen, all three bedrooms and master bath. The unit is furnished with a variety of DVD's and CD's for your added pleasure-listen to music throughout the unit or watch a movie on the 46 inch Sony Bravia High Definition LCD TV in the living room and enjoy the full surround home theatre. Master bedroom features a king size bed with a high definition 23 inch Panasonic LCD TV in the armoire, guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a 32' flat screen Sony TV and an attached DVD player in the armoire and the third bedroom features two double beds and a 20 inch Samsung LCD TV with and a CD/VCR combo. Family friendly with many board games such as Monopoly, checkers, chess, cards, and a collection of paperback books.

My wife and I purchased this condo pre-construction because we loved the location, the Hwy 30-A area, the property and the design of the complex and the upscale finishes and the chance to decorate the unit the way we wanted once we picked the unit we wanted. The Tew family...who developed and now manage the property were great people to work with.

Why Henry KIng chose Blue Mountain Beach

The Hwy-30 A area has very little traffic and is not near as congested or commercialized as Destin or Panama city yet it has quite a few great restaurants close by, a bicycle path along Hwy 30-A, beautiful beaches and is close enough to shopping areas, grocery stores and golf courses. The two pools Adagio has-the interior pool and the beachfront pool, state of the art fitness center, hot tub and the on site rental office were also a plus.

What makes this condo unique

Full surround sound stereo system and 'home-theatre' with built in speakers.

2 double beds in one bedroom-great for kids. Sleeps 8 without using the sleeper sofa.

Great collection of paperback books.

Adagio is a very nice upscale facility, and this condo (D-302) is very elegant and very well furnished. We had a very memorable stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is seeking a "Florida dream vacation". The owner of this condo gave us some great tips on local establishments. He was very helpful and accommodating.
