The villa is very spacious (450m2) and separated into two environments: an indoor area and a separate villa apartment, which is easily accessible via a connecting door. This classification is the villa ideal for two groups traveling together but if you want it all perfect privacy. The villa (including apartments) has five guest bedrooms all have air conditioning, three modern bathrooms and two fully equipped kitchens with comfortable space is offered up to 10 adults. Around the villa is a beautiful large garden with a total privacy fence. In the garden there are two connected pools constructed: a children's pool and a large swimming pool. From the back terrace, where you can eat, drink and relax, you have a beautiful view over the tropical backyard. The villa is situated on a hill by the pool, gardens and terraces, you have complete privacy at all times.

The apartment: The apartment is spacious and luxurious and is part of the villa. It has a large living room with kitchen. Subsequently, the apartment has access to a large covered terrace. The terrace and private entrance are located on the side of the house, therefore, you have almost complete isolation from the rest of the villa. There are two bedrooms together sleeping up to 4 adults. All bedrooms have air conditioning and large ceiling fans. The apartment has a complete and modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooker, large fridge and microwave. The apartment is lovely and the wind, so you all day on the porch or in the colorful tropical gardens enjoying the cooling trade winds.

The tropical garden: Outside the villa you will find particular area: the size of the tropical garden is a massive one. 1800 square meters. In the garden you will find a variety of tropical plants and trees such as coconut palms, mango trees, bougainvillea and pomegranate trees. Of course you can all just eat fruit from the garden. Furthermore, the fruits are not only delicious, they also attract a variety of tropical birds including sugar cops and robbers, and the different types of hummingbirds troepiaal.

Family friendly: Inside and outside the villa are a number of facilities for families with children. The pool has a special children's pool built where small children can bathe. Thanks to the enclosed garden, children can not go on adventures outside the house and of course the villa complete baby equipment (cribs, maxi cosi, highchairs, bouncers, playpens and toys) are present. The Caracas Bay Beach and the popular Zanzibar are within walking distance of the villa. In addition, one of the biggest supermarkets on the island just a few miles from the villa. At 5 minutes walking distance are the salt pans of Jan Thiel, a beautiful area where you can walk peacefully and enjoy the flamingos. There are also several dive schools and dive spots nearby. In the vicinity are many restaurants that all have something to offer: Il Forno (Italian), Zanzibar (beach restaurant with good pizzas and salads), The Small World (the Spanish Water, 2 minutes walk) and much more . Finally, you are just a drive of less than 15 minutes from a beautiful piece of UNESCO World Heritage Site if you are curious about the history: the historic center of Willemstad, Punda.

  • A standard fee will apply surcharges from more than two persons, this amounts to € 15, - per person per night. Calculation example: For a stay of 6 persons per night you pay € 199, - + (4 x € 15) = € 259, - Additionally, we have a late fee of € 150, - for the cleaning after your stay. Costs of electricity (normal use, see below) are included in the price, and cots. Finally we have a deposit of € 500, -. Local tax The price does not include 7% room tax that mandatory since 1 April 2010 should be charged.
  • Arrival and Departure, minimum stay, there are no fixed arrival day, you can arrive on any day. Check on the day of arrival from 14. 00, check on the departure day is 11. 00 hours. We use three minimum stay time depending on the season: Low season minimum stay: 7 nights. High season minimum stay: 7 nights. minimum stay between 2 bookings where the intervening period is shorter than 7 days: no minimum stay.
  • Electricity and water consumption due to high prices for water and electricity on Curacao is in the rental fee for a "normal use" included. This means a consumption of 40 kilowatt hours (KWH) per night for 2 persons plus 10 KWH per additional person per night, this includes gas and water. It takes into account an average use of air conditioning during the night. You pay more for electricity used € 0.40 / KWH. These costs are deducted from the deposit. The meter readings will be in your presence on arrival and departure.
