Welcome to our little piece of paradise on the waterways of the Caloosahatchee River, Cape Coral, Florida. Our waterside villa sleeps 6-8 persons and enjoys the following features: • Pool • Separate Scandinavian style hot tub • Hard dock and boat jetty • Internet Access (costed separately according to requirements) By foot, you are walking distance to Coralwood Shopping Mall, Multi-Plex cinema and Four Mile Ecological Park. By boat, you are only twenty minutes to a manatee zone, forty minutes to where dolphins play – and an hour to some of the best tarpon fishing in the world!

Our villa is on waterways of the Caloosahatchee river with access to the gulf. We are within walking distance of Coralwood shopping mall with numerous shops, bars, and a multiplex cinema. Fort Myers beach is a short drive away, as are many great golf courses. Also the islands of Sanibel and Captiva, Naples and the Everglades all make for a great day out. And if you're into designer shopping then Miromar Shopping Mall is a must. We have a 28ft pool and separate Scandinavian-style hot tub. The rear garden is landscaped with coconut trees overlooking our very own hard dock and sun-bleached jetty, where you can relax with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

Our first stay in this area -fantastic villa with quality furnishings and so well equipped! We have stayed in villas in the Orlando area before and this one was classy! Lots of good info in the home for us to read and decide where to visit and what would suit our family. I really enjoyed our visit to Sanibel and Captiva two beautiful islands, ate in the Mucky Duck which was great with food and atmosphere. We were also able to rent our own boat go sunbathing, picnicking on islands and swimming in warm sea as well as fishing from the boat whilst the dolphins joined our journey back! The pool was wonderful and all those jumping fish for sound effects and for catching! We felt very well catered for and had everything we expected and lots more additional extras for the wow factor! Thankyou

Holiday Bliss

We are back in the UK now having had a wonderful holiday at your villa. We enjoyed it very much especially the heated pool and the hot tub. The views are wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. The BBQ was well used as we ate in most evenings.
I would also add that the location was great in respect to being able to walk to the shops.
I am sure future renters will not be disappointed. I took some photos of the canal view and sent them to some friends and colleagues - they were very envious!
It is the first villa that we have stayed in that we would like to visit again.

Fantastic Coralwood Cove

We spent a lovely week at Coralwood Cove. We relaxed by the pool, fished from the dock and took in the lovely views. We have 2 small children and it was lovely to be able to walk with them to the shops, not something that is always easy to do in the States!
The villa offered everything we needed, even down to the new BBQ which we made great use of. There was also lots of pool toys for the children, and the villa is well stocked with DVD’s, which kept the children happy whilst we were able to watch the tv outside from the side of the pool!
We all loved Fort Myers beach with the white sands and we watched a couple of beautiful sunsets from there.
The villa and surrounding area is idyllic and we would highly recommend it.

Been to Florida many times and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The accommodation was immaculate and the facilities were many and in excellent working order. It was great to relax at the end of the garden, on the dock. there was also excellent fishing, Just from this jetty alone we caught red fish, lady fish and snooks. Fantasitc!

The property is right in the heart of the local facilities where we could walk to shops and restaurants. Walking anywhere in Florida is often not an option from most properties so this was a real surprise.

Location was peaceful and quiet, don't hesitate to book!!!

Everything you'd hope for.....and more!

This is my favourite Florida villa! This was my second visit to this property and it was just as I remembered......clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. It has everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday....and more! There are many thoughtful touches provided by the owners which made the holiday even more special. Superbly located overlooking the waterways, with plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. It's also a great base for those wanting to explore further a field. Fort Myers beach is only a few miles away - a great place to relax and watch the most spectacular sunsets. And a boat trip from Naples is a must! All in all, another wonderful holiday in a wonderful villa. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends and family and look forward to my next visit......can't wait!
