When you enter the apartment through the heavy studded oak front door into the square hallway, hang your coat on the wrought iron black coat stand which is to your right, the entrance to the integral granite topped kitchen is to your left. Walk straight ahead on the cream marble floors surrounded by the cool white washed walls to the modern, stylish, comfortable large lounge and dining room with black brown furniture all surfaces covered in tampered glass. To your left is a dining room table with six matching chairs, We provide stylish place settings for 12 people, enough to let the dishwasher get full or invite guests to join you! to your left a book case full of books, games and a DVD collection for you to use during your stay.
For the security conscious, we have a video entry system, magnetic key cards, underground car park with remote control gates, direct access lift to the car park, a safe in the master bedroom, 24 hour manned security and resort wide CCTV.
ON THE TERRACE AND IN THE ASIAN WATER GARDEN:
The terrace leading from the lounge has a table and six matching chairs for dining out and is the ideal size for playing family games which are provided. The terrace leading out from the main bedroom has a comfortable outside two seat sofa with two matching arm chairs and a large coffee table, this is where when I am staying in the apartment, you will find me drinking a glass or two of the local wine and my husband reading the latest novel! It’s hard to describe how amazing the outside area of this complex is with it’s stunningly designed Asian water gardens and infinity swimming pool. The infinity pool winds around the garden with secluded sunbathing areas and water Jacuzzis. A bridge goes over the swimming pool and will take you from one side to the other side of the complex, there are also two Asian huts with comfortable seating to relax out of the sun. If you go through the gates to the beach you can stroll along the sand to the Kempinski Hotel, Laguna Village and Puro beach.
PLACES TO VISIT FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS:
Your are in driving distance to Selwo safari park, Crocodile Adventures, Tivoli World, Aquasplash & Funny Beach in Marbella with bumper-cars, go-carts and mini-bikes. Sports on offer include a horse-riding school, & tennis clubs. Sea fishing trips & dolphin cruises operate from Estepona and Gibraltar. Whale watching ships from Tarifia, diving school in Marbella. sight seeing within driving distance Gibraltar Tarifia, Jerez, Seville, Rhonda, Malaga,Granada& even Morocco can be done in a day trip. Closer to Mar Azul you have many places to visit with an abundance of markets and festivals throughout the year, places to eat, shops, ports, bars, clubs, casinos and beaches to sunbath on. Estepona is the nearest town. The port of Sotogrande is 15 minutes, Gibraltar 45 minutes going towards Malaga San Pedro 7 minutes, Benihavis 20 minutes, Puerto Banus 20 minutes, La Canada Shopping Centre and Marbella 30 minutes with it’s picturesque orange square & Picasso’s house in Malaga 1 hour.
Ski:
Sierra Nevada Mountains is available for skiing during the winter months.
